  • Planifique sus próximas vacaciones en esta hermosa casa de playa convenientemente ubicada cerca de la piscina del vecindario y del paseo marítimo en la popular Subdivisión de Sand Point en Port Aransas. Siéntese en la cubierta de arriba y disfrute de la brisa del océano con su bebida favorita o diríjase al interior para disfrutar de la comodidad de esta escapada costera recién decorada. ¡EL PARAÍSO DEL MAR (anteriormente Boolay Bungalow) tiene un nuevo nombre que refleja su mobiliario y decoración renovados!
    En UPSTAIRS, encontrará un plano de planta de concepto abierto junto con tres habitaciones y dos baños completos. Shiplap se ha agregado a las paredes de la sala de estar y del dormitorio principal para realzar la decoración playera. El den es un gran lugar para relajarse después de un día en la playa. Tiene dos cómodos sofás, uno de ellos es un sofá cama Queen. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un armario, acceso al balcón frontal y un baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio del segundo piso tiene una cama queen y una cómoda. Comparte un baño con una combinación de bañera / ducha con el tercer dormitorio del segundo piso. Los niños tendrán lugares adicionales para dormir en esta habitación, en un conjunto de literas individuales, un sofá cama doble y un colchón de aire doble. Durante el día, esta sala ofrece otra sala de estar para que los niños jueguen o vean la televisión. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para seis personas en la cama, hasta cuatro más en sofás cama e incluso un colchón de aire doble, si es necesario.
    El Seaside Paradise tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y una lavadora y secadora grandes. Would stay again!

Overall this was a great stay! The place was very clean, well stocked, and only a 5 min or less walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place for families!

This property has EVERYTHING! We brought our family (adult kids) with a 15 month old and two small dogs. Every little convenience was thought out perfectly! We will be back

Less than 5 minutes from the beach

This is a top notch place to stay at. There are upper end touches that make you realize the owners take pride in their home. The property manager did an outstanding job. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location close to beach

Overall the location and space were perfect for my family of 5. Amenities including and cleanliness were excellent. Also, the kids loved having the pool 2 doors away. I would definitely recommend to others and visit again in the future

Perfect stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our five year old son and it was perfect! Very comfortable and clean space and the walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We also got great use out of the pool and hot tub. Would highly recommend!

Suzanne was very responsive! The house is exactly as shown in the pics, comfy beds, great decorations, nice size. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Plenty of "start up supplies" provided, some lasted us for a month. It's a great location, close to the beach and the community pool. Love this property!

Great Beach Town Get Away

Wonderful experience...cute home with a fully stocked kitchen. Great location - beach, pool and Port A just minutes away. Really great upstairs porch area. Great rental for family - two adult bedrooms/baths, great kids bunk room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Great home close to beach!

Cozy, welcoming home. Beach vibes all over! Plenty of space inside and outside on the balcony. Thoughtfully prepared for a getaway. Plenty of beds for adults and kids. The beach is just a stroll away. We loved that it’s close to a smooth sandy shore instead of a rocky one. Staircase entrance is steep but safe for pets and kids (with supervision) because of the gate. Host was great! Easy to check in and out. Will consider Seaside Paradise again! :)

Great getaway

Overall a great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The beach is less than a block away. The house was as described, it was clean, roomy and overall great for our family and dog. Would most definitely return.

Great beach house

Loved everything about our stay. The neighborhood was cute, easy walk to the beach and pool, and clean house. The stairs were tough to go up and down with small kids but thankfully there was a gate at the top to enclose the patio.

Wonderful

Accommodations were awesome!! Even included laundry soap, plastic bags, aluminum foil and spices. Wowwww!! So nice!! Would totally return one day!!! Just wish the weather would have been as accommodating 😉. No one’s fault- just the way it is and it was a whole lot warmer than what we are used to in winter so there’s that!! Thank you!

Great house

We loved the property and appreciated that the owners let us in at 4 pm. I do think a 5 pm check in is awfully late. There is no ESPN and for the high cleaning fee they ask an awful lot on checkout. Otherwise, it was lovely!

Will stay here again!

Interaction with the host was effortless and friendly. She always promptly answered questions. The property was clean and considering we are finally able to travel due to Covid. It provided a peace of mind. Only a short walk away was a dog park which was a nice treat our pups enjoyed it. Our daily walks on the beach were less than 5 min from the property. Another plus! Overall, I strongly recommend this rental. Can’t wait to come back. Got our workout in with the stairs too.

Beach vacation

Very nice beautiful home, fully stocked with everything! Steep stairs upstairs so not good for seniors and definitely not handicap! A lot of trips up and down to bring stuff in! Nice neighborhood, no view of beach but short walk to it.

Home away from home

The beach house was beautiful, clean, & peaceful. The beach is a short 5 min walk and the pool is a house away. My family & I decided to get away for a couple of days & we couldn’t have stayed in a better home in a lovely neighborhood. Perfect place to stay. Dog friendly too, our dogs loved laying in the balcony in the mornings & evenings to enjoy the nice breeze & watch people as they passed by.
