  • Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into your getaway condo as you enjoy a spectacular ocean view from the comfort of your own living area. This lovely one-bedroom condo on the 1st floor is the perfect space for four.
    Decorated in a beach theme, this condo has a roomy living area with a large kitchen and dining area with seating for four! The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with utensils and dishes, ready for your wonderful meals. There is a kitchen bar with extra seating for two in which you can enjoy breakfast.
    The bedroom is well-equipped for a great nights' sleep with a queen bed, multi drawer dresser and 2 additional nightstands are all included in this space. For those who like to catch a movie before bed, there is also a 32" flat screen TV provided in the bedroom.
    The newly remodeled bathroom has a walk in shower, beautiful granite counter tops and a large multi-drawer vanity with ample counter space to store your personal toiletries.
    This recently renovated condo is conveniently located near the elevator and parking area. It's just steps from the beach and the beautiful pool/hot tub. In the evenings you can sit out on the terrace and watch the ships and the jetties. The sunrises and sunsets are stunning. This condo is also available for long-term rental. Snowbirds, this is your warm haven.

Family friendly, easy beach access- a washer and dryer access would have been ideal but was manageable

We enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas. The property was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and other points of interest. The only issue was there were a couple of issues with the plumbing that needed to be addressed. The staff was responsive and did their best to address the issues.

The condo is beautiful with such great amenities. Unfortunately, the air conditioner went out and we had to move condos (which was handled by staff incredibly)..

Port A stay

The place was wonderful with a nice view of the beach/ocean. Our only complaints were the bed was way too noisy, the mattress a bit hard and it would be beneficial to not have decor blocking electrical outlets. Despite these items i hope to be able to return again next year.

Overall, ok. The only thing is that I’d like it to be more clean. The shower curtains need to be replaced for sure. The sofa that turns into a bed also needs some attention. We thought it was kind of dirty.
