Please note that these facilities are owned and managed by the community developer, not by Stay or Wander Vacation Rentals. Occasionally, maintenance or repairs may require temporary closures of certain amenities, sometimes with little or no advance notice.



We'll always do our best to notify guests of any closures we know about before arrival. However, because we don't manage the Yacht Club, we may not always receive advance notice. Thank you for your understanding as the community works to keep these amenities safe and well maintained for everyone.



Access to community amenities is provided as a complimentary benefit of staying at the resort but is not guaranteed. Cleaning:

• Every linen, comforter, and towel is professionally laundered between stays

• After each stay we replace all towels and linens
