AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ resort-style pools include adults-only Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; intimate Neighborly Square Pool; and Glow Pool & Fitness Center. Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball.
