Take a refreshing dip in the two neighborhood pools during your stay too.

    Back at home, make use of the charcoal grill and enjoy a cookout on your lagoon-view back patio or dine alfresco on the scenic covered deck, then kick back in the rocking chairs and sip after-dinner drinks. Inside, the bright and inviting floor plan features a luxurious primary suite, a large gourmet kitchen, and smart TVs in each room. Four comfortable bedrooms ensure everyone gets a good night's rest for the adventures ahead. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great house!

This is a great house with plenty of space and bedrooms. Clean amenities, plenty of towels, and lots of kitchen tools available for cooking and eating. The location is ideal - close to the beach and right next to a pond. The front and back porch provide morning and evening relaxation with beautiful views. I highly recommend this place!

Great get away house

House was nice and clean. A/c worked great and there was more than enough room for 3 adults and 4 children. Bunk house was perfect for the kids to have their space. 2 community pools were just a short walk from the front door. Great experience. Would recommend to a family for a get a way.

The perfect setup for a wonderful vacation in Port A.

Our stay at this modern, palm-studded retreat was exceptional. The home's layout was perfect, with the younger boys enjoying the downstairs rooms and my older son and I appreciating the upstairs accommodations. The property was immaculately clean and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home. Its proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy fishing excursions in the mornings and beach activities during the day. Bringing our small 15ft fishing skiff was a breeze, thanks to the convenient location. We couldn't have asked for a better long weekend and highly recommend this property to others seeking a relaxing getaway.

The property is situated in an excellent neighborhood with convenient access to amenities such as a six-minute walk to the beach and ample parking facilities. However, as a vacation rental, it lacks essential provisions such as spices, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, tea, and sugar, which are often expected by guests for a more enjoyable stay. Including these additional amenities would elevate the guest experience and distinguish the property as exceptional in the vacation rental market.

We had a few issues. The downstairs a/c didn’t with the last night. The last morning the silverware drawer was full of ants. Otherwise it was a great place if you have a large group. There was a golf cart blocking part of the parking when we arrived. When I messaged about using it I was told that it was not included in the rental. A week later I received a message asking why we left a golf cart there. It was a little frustrating.

Great house!

This house was comfortable and well stocked. It was prefect for our multi-generational family vacation. There are 2 rooms with king size beds and 2 room perfect for the kids. The bunk room is through the garage with a door opening into the garage it also has a door to the outside. It may not be the best for littles unless there is an older kid staying out there. My boys loved it (ages 6 & 10). My six year old was a little scared at first, but the second bedroom with the king is also on the first floor, so we were actually pretty close by. The second kid room with bunk beds (full on bottom, Twin on top) is upstairs with the primary suite. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool is across the street and the board walk to the beach is a five minute walk. We plan on renting this property again next time if it’s available.

Almost Paradise

The home was in a great location, 2 pools across the street and a manageable walk to the beach. We had chosen it over another location because of the screened in porch, which was in the process of being turned into a room that was locked. When booked the listing said that there was a gas grill. It was replaced by a charcoal grill ( and instructions to not use charcoal grills) We tightened the screws on the metal bunk beds…they creaked and wobbled and seemed unsafe the first night. In the master bath, when a towel was pulled up off the ceramic rack it came up with the towel an broke at my feet when it hit the tile. The home was not really very clean, and the trash in all outdoor bins was still there. We texted and talked to the reps, and felt quite ignored. The weather was great, the beach and pools were wonderful. It was almost paradise.

Family Vacation

The house was very nice! The kids loved their rooms and our bed was comfortable too. We ended up getting a beach pass to drive on the beach since we weren't able to book a golf cart. The entrance was about a mile away so a very easy drive. We also walked to the beach a lot but it was a little too far for the kids sometimes and to carry all of our stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was really nice sitting out on the balconies. The washer and dryer worked very poorly so doing laundry was difficult. The Royal Sands bridge was really nice and big enough for golf carts to pass people walking. That part of the beach was also not too crowded.

Weekend getaway

I brought 5 of my friends here for a weekend getaway and we were shocked at how nice it was. The open concept kitchen/living room was beautiful. Tucked away in a quiet subdivision, with only a 5 minute walk to the beach!
