Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a King size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi

The cottage is our favorite go to when we go to the beaches for fishing and relaxing. The host is always pleasant. The area is safe and close to everything . We are morning coffee drinkers and the cottage is furnished with all the amenities we need. We will be back again!Thanks so much !

Nina was And is always the best host imaginable. She is very responsive and very kind. We will always stay at this place! The rooms are comfortable and clean and don’t smell of cleaning solutions like Fabulosa or anything harsh. Always spotless and clean and well stocked.

Extremely clean, nicely decorated beautiful room. The bed was too soft for us, but got enough sleep to feel refreshed in the morning. Would definitely stay again for 1 night but likely wouldn't more than that due to soft bed. This place is on Hwy 35 but is in a quiet area and is very close to fair ground and artist community shopping. Dog Station is appreciated so that you arent keeping waste bags in the room. Office was locked with no doorbell, but if you call, very quick and pleasant response. Door was difficult to open, had to call for assistance- apparently you have 2 seconds to open the door after putting in the code...they should put that in the welcome email which just gives you a code. Steer Burger up the road which is a bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.

More than we hoped for

These little cottages and the property they sit on are so clean and well thought out in design and location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit which was so convenient. Inside the room, the design is inviting and luxurious while also feeling local and homey. Everything from the bed to the shower to the space was far superior to a hotel with prices being way more reasonable. We come down here often and will definitely be staying here again.

Good location

There was construction across the street. We saw several homeless people. Very sad. Once construction is complete I believe this will be a premier spot! Room was slightly dirty. There were chip crumbs in one of the chairs. Bedding and bathroom were clean. Overall very happy with price and employees also.
