  • "Con la casa situada en el lago Colby, su familia y amigos disfrutarán de las tardes en el amplio porche trasero con una mesa de comedor al aire libre y un columpio. Cuando los niños no están en la playa o en las piscinas, pueden disfrutar de la pesca en Port Aransas mientras mamá y papá están asando. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La gran mesa de comedor permite a todos reunirse para una comida llena de diversión o simplemente sentarse y visitar mientras el chef del grupo prepara la pesca del día. El primer piso cuenta con un dormitorio queen y baño completo con ducha de azulejos. El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones adicionales. Una segunda habitación queen comparte un baño con la litera cercana. Kids wanted TVs in the rooms but it wasn’t a thing and not a big deal, allowed for some game time instead.Will definitely stay again.

The pools are lovely and not over crowded. My daughter and grandkids enjoyed movie under the stars. Customer service was very nice and accommodating. I considered purchasing but personnaly I prefer lakes over the ocean. I would highly recommend this property.

We did have a couple of maintenance issues with smoke alarm batteries and then gfci plug issue. Both were taken care of quickly. Our family loved being about to walk or take the golf cart to any amenity.Love cinnamon shores and this home was very nice.

Nice place but needs better upkeep

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time but the house had a few issues. Overall, the house had enough space for 7 people but the downstairs room and the upstairs queen bedroom had poor air circulation compared to the rest of the home (complaints of the rooms being too hot). We also noticed major mold issues in the vents on both floors and requested maintenance to check on it as we had members in our group with health concerns (maintenance came and removed it during our stay). Generally wear and tear were noticeable all around the home (floors were dirty etc). However, being by the lake was neat and the proximity to the lawn was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on a quiet street. We loved the community. The house is well stocked but had one MAJOR safety issue. The doors on the house were so worn that almost NONE of them would catch when you shut the door. This means that everytime you opened a door you had to lock the deadbolt. There is a lake steps away from the back door. I brought doorknob covers to keep my toddler from opening the door but all you had to do was push it open. Locking the deadbolt continually was a huge inconvenience. Maintenance tried for an hour to repair the door, but it is beyond repair. It needs replacing. I would not rent this unit if you have small children.

The bedroom layout worked great for our multi-gen family. We have stayed at many CS units. This one does need some updating and paint. It is a bit worn compared to other units. But otherwise everything was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a B! Sleeping: one King bed (comfy) but the rest of the beds are small. Bunk beds are short (fit young or middle school kids, but not teens) and the two other beds are only Full size (as opposed to Queen) so they don’t comfortably fit a married couple. Coffee making options - A+. Staff is helpful! Still too much construction debris around the house/yard. Found nails, screws, metal chards in the yard even though no ongoing construction on either side of the house. Staff seemed unfazed when I brought this to their attention - as if the construction debris is everywhere. Neighborhood needs a year or two to finish construction. Dylan Restaurant is great - staff is great!

Hearing no traffic noise was as wonderful as all the amenities provided by the property and as having the beach just a short walk or golf cart ride away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation went well, Cinnamon Shores does a fantastic job organizing and communicating the area. I would like to note - the door lock on the rear door should be replaced. We didn't really lock the door the entire time we were there because of the difficulty of getting the key in and out. It kept jamming up, also the door was dirty. We also get that we're in Texas, so I expect some bugs, but we had at least 6 roaches in the house we took care of. Small minor stuff, but wanted to let you know. It didn't stop us from having a fantastic time, great place and would definitely do it again.

We had infants that cried at night and rooms were almost sound proof with fans blowing. Back porch view is amazing! Kitchen, although very small is extremely well equipped and has great knives too.Honestly, we had the best time! The location of this house is the best! Near the Dylan's pizza, the small pool and the circle. It was great for us and we would rent this property again. Only issues were with AC (they fixed) and outside grill (we fixed).

The house is located on Colby lake and was perfect for our kids. It’s a bit secluded so we felt our kids were very safe riding bikes! The house itself is very comfortable and decorated so cute! We loved having the living and kitchen on the main level. We will for sure be back to stay Shore Magic!!!

This was a great house to stay at! I loved being backed up to the lake. I put in request to have some light bulbs replaced but never heard from anyone. Overall it was a good experience.

We love this location because it is fun for the kids to fish and the adults to sit on the porch and watch them.
