  • Enjoy our newly constructed cottage and patio that faces beautiful Redfish Bay and South Bay.
    Bay Dock Cottage has a patio deck, a boat dock, a 100’ fishing pier with lights, a patio and lots of parking. Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath house sits next to the 14’ deep Aransas Channel. Shrimp boats and fishing boats use this waterway to navigate local bays as they make their way to and from the Gulf of America through the jetties. This is a family friendly property. We are located 3 miles east of Conn-Brown Harbor and 3 miles west of the Port A Ferry.
    Our pin drop on the VRBO map is accurate.

Just like last year! Perfect setup! It’s like the Goldilocks place to stay! Just the right distance from the beach, from the grocery store, from eateries. Dolphin sightings and great fishing, even the kids love this place as much as the adults! Already looking forward to the next time and we’re not all the way home yet!

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is very nice and peaceful. Sonny and Sue are very sweet and accommodating.

Beautiful location with excellent fishing off the dock. Bait store next door. The hosts are friendly, helpful with recommending restaurants and beaches. Have rented this property for the last few years and it never disappoints.

Bay Dock is our happy place and this property never disappoints. We had a great time fishing, crabbing, and watching the dolphins roam the channel.

This is our second stay at this property. The hosts are amazing. The house is spotless and you can tell the owners take care of it. The fishing was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

Sunny & Sue were excellent hosts! We had absolutely no issues! Property is as described! Beautiful house. Fishing was great, a great variety of species caught. Kids had a wonderful time. Bait shop is right next door, very convenient for all your bait needs, friendly, helpful staff! We must come back soon! Thank you Sunny & Sue !

My husband and I really loved our stay at Bay Dock Cottage. The view was beautiful even though it rained while we visited but we will definitely be going back in the future. The cottage was very clean, relaxing and just being right on the water was amazing! My husband was able to fish right off the private pier and we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Mickey’s Bar & Grill that was recommended by Sonny and Sue who were very kind hosts.

The property exceeded more than our expectations. The house was clean and well maintained. Friendly host and sympathetic to our needs. The views were breath taking especially the sunrises and sunsets. The tranquility of the environment provided a much needed sense of peace and relaxation. The lighted pier was definitely a plus. The grand kids caught their first ever fish there. The excitement on their faces was a sight that will forever be imprinted in our lives. In all, we are thankful for having to have spent time at such a hospitable and lovely residence. Thanks for the memories, Sunny !The Arevalo's

Beautiful cottage, perfectly clean and has everything. Didn’t miss the absence of a real stove with the nice Breville countertop oven and electric burners. Convenient to grab bait fromRight next door, too!
