Owner was very responsive when any questions came up. Place was as described, and will say the beds were really comfortable for us. Over all great place and felt like home. Can not wait to stay again.

The property was great The family loved riding around on the golf cart. My son caught a couple of fish from the dock and we all enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. It was a great stay

The pool was beautiful and had the perfect views for our family. We loved it wasnt to deep and was very safe for the grandbabies! The townhome was beautiful and had plenty of space for all 10 of us. Plenty of bathrooms, plenty of beautiful views, check in was very easy, plenty of parking space. Extremely close to the beautiful Whitecap beach! And the extra plus was the golfcart. I took my grandbabies for rides on it and they had a blast! We would 100% stay here again! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!

Awesome getaway

This home was perfect for my group of 7. Perfect location and great amenities. The host was quick to communicate and very easy to check in and out. I will be staying with him again and letting my friends and family know.

This place is fantastic, couldn’t have found a better spot on the island. We all enjoyed every single second. It just feels like home. Spacious place for all of us. Sergio is so easy to talk to, he’s just like family. This house has everything and anything you need. Prime location and sunsets you will never forget.

Great place!

Great experience overall. House was perfectly setup for what we needed for our family trip. Clean, great location and it was well stocked! Oh, the beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE!!! We all slept great. Will plan to come back for sure.

Morning view

This was a staycation for my family as my daughter turned 17! The kids enjoyed the amenities and felt so comfortable and at home! The morning view was our highlight! We will definitely be back!

Great house for families

We loved the house, plenty of room for everyone and loved being so close to the beach. We did have to get extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper… so just pack some extra just in case. We loved the pool being so close and the extra tables and chairs came in handy. Definitely will stay again!

Great location and comfortable stay!

There was plenty of space in the house and in the garage! The fridge & dryer actually worked properly, which was a first in our many years of renting beach homes. The pool is also a plus. We'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect beach house

Our family of 14 stayed here to see my niece graduate from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Everything was perfect! We had 3 comfortable King beds, kids bunk beds, AC was cold, walking distance to pool, grill, lawn chairs, and large kitchen and dining room. It was super clean and we even got to check in a little earlier. Plus check-out was easier than other places we’ve stayed at.

House Hunting

The house is perfect for a large group. It’s close to the beach and the included golf cart was great for popping over for sunrise and sunset. There are so many great beach toys, chairs, life jackets in the garage. We are house hunting on the island so it was perfect for getting a feel for living on the island. I would highly recommend this house for your beach vacation!

Great Family Vacay!

This house was perfect for our family of 3 families- 11 people total including kids ages 2-8 years old. House is set up well and has great views of the water. Short distance walk to the pool and 2 blocks from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location.

Great location, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen well equipped. We used grill with no problems, and granddaughter loved all the beach toys. Only suggestion would be to add some towel type bath mats, and maybe a front door mat to help reduce sand getting brought in on shoes. We would stay again.

Great location beach house

Although the golf cart didn’t run fast enough to drive , the grill was broken, the bike had flat tires, the oven was filthy. We had a great time. The house itself was clean and spacious. The garage was a nice space to hang out and fishing off of the dock and watching the big birds dive bombing for fish was fun. Overall a great location and a great time.

Summer 2024

We had nine of us staying from adults down to 7. We had so much room to roam around that we never felt like there were nine of us there. The owner was so responsive with a silly question I had. We would without a doubt stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this house. We loved the fact that there were the kayaks, paddle birds, chairs, and a fishing dock.
