Recently stayed with my three teenage sons and one of their friends at this location. Four bedrooms and a large living room gave us a room to spread out. Really cool back dock to hang out or watch a few fish under the lights. I had a boat which I parked in the driveway. As long as the street is not too crowded parking was easy. This is a great condo in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Fishing Trip

We had a very nice stay at the property. Came in town for a fishing trip, it was the perfect place for 4 adults to stay.

Amazing beach condo

We loved this property and the location to the beach was prime. Definitely will be our new family getaway spot, cant wait to go back.

Airy, super clean home on a canal. Very pleased with the property. Confused that it is listed as “dog-friendly” but has a sign on front door stating “no smoking, no pets”. Since we didn’t bring our dog it wasn’t a problem, but was confusing. Check in and check out were super easy. Surprised that a house with beds for 9 people didn’t have more glasses and coffee mugs, but we made do. The lazy Susan in the middle of the table was great for game playing as well as passing food during meals.

Amazing House and Location

The location and property is awesome with plenty of room to accommodate everyone in your group. The house is in great condition and the amenities are perfect. The deck outside is fantastic and calming. You will not be disappointed to stay here and I plan on going back very soon.

Padre escape

This was the most amazing place I’ve stayed in on north Padre island. Excellent location, very clean, easy check in, GREAT communication with rental agency, comfortable beds, great TV channel and app selection. We watched the Astros beat up on the Yankees. Will definitely be back!

Padre Escapes customer service was excellent. They were highly communicative with us and kept us up to date about the check in process and ETA of when the property will be ready for check in. You do not get check in instructions until the property is ready from the cleaners. Upon arrival, the property was clean but it is clear some items need maintenance. (Cracks in ceiling, cracks in crown molding, etc). This is all very minor and did not affect our stay whatsoever. They provide you with starter items until you can go to grocery store so you will want to be prepared to buy your own dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, etc. We really appreciated the number of towels provided. The sign on the door says no pets, but we paid a pet fee, so that could be confusing to some. There is a fishing light on the back deck which we put to use and had a great time in the evening while watching beautiful sunsets. Overall the neighborhood is quiet, the beds are super soft with plenty of pillows, and we had a wonderful time. We will absolutely consider you again in the future!!

Relaxing Area

Great stay nice and quite , plenty of room on patio to relax and spend time with family and friends. Only thing we had an issue with was not bough towels in bath rooms …
