The host was easy to contact and communication was quick, the house was very clean, well maintained and kitchen well stocked for our use. We did buy a couple of blankets to cozy up when watching TV. The location was great for us, loved Hester’s for coffee and felt safe to go for walks. Do have to be aware that all the bedrooms are on second floor.

Corpus get away

Was a nice getaway for us for a few days House has tons of space clean few activities. The owners have provided was a nice stay there.

Excellent experience! We have stayed at a variety of homes and this was one of our favorites. Kids loved having a pool to cool off in and going for walks to the bay because location of house was so close. 100% recommend!

Best visit with daughter!

This was our first time to see our daughter (since she left for college) and this house was PERFECT!!! There was plenty of room and it was close to everything! We would definitely stay again.

What a nice house. Updated but kept its older house charm. Great size for 3 couples. Pool and hot tub were perfect! Communication was easy and generally fast. Would certainly stay here again!

Enjoyed our getaway

Older two story home but very clean and well kept property. Wish list : more pillows on the beds - larger downstairs full bathroom (currently has a super tiny half bath in the kitchen closet). We really enjoyed the private pool and spacious living area and kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and very roomy. Lovely home and decor. Have stayed before. The AC upstairs was not cooling as we would have liked. Previous stay had no AC issues. We would probably stay again as consider this a one off.

Weekend Stay for Daughter's Graduation

This was one of our most enjoyable experiences. The house is large, roomy yet cozy. It may have very well been the cleanest rental in the history of all rentals. Our family didn't have any complaints, at all. Close to the beach - just a super short drive. The neighborhood was nicely kept and quiet. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought....but it was absolutely perfect. Having coffee in the mornings listening to the birds and the water fall was dreamy. Didn't want to leave.

We Loved it

We arrived a little early (2:30) txt Joshua to ask about checking in early, and he said go ahead its all ready for us! Everything was clean and tidy! House waa equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was refreshing thoroughly enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this property!!

Great space, pretty central to area hot spots, and a mile from great beach location!!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Spoke with our pint of contact the first night to get instructions on hot tub and they were super helpful. The jets on hot tub didn’t blow very hard but it heated nicely. Pool light breaker did trip but there were ample outside lights so not an issue there. Location was great to area spots and we stayed at McGee Beach which was exactly a mile down the road. All in all a great stay, would recommend to others.

Summer Stay

Very beautiful home. Decor and cleanliness were wonderful. The pool is what my family enjoyed the most. Very spacious inside and out. Had a hard time getting in touch with property manager at first but he responded after a few hours. One thing i would've liked were for the restrooms to be bigger but again its an older home and im sure it has its original restrooms. But very beautiful overall and everything we needed for our stay was there. Also quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay. Liked the location, the old feel of the house, with some modern renovations was very cool. Liked the pool, and hot tub. One of the only quirks I would recommend the owners make a priority on their do list, is the front door and the upstairs bathroom are tough to open and shut. We understood it’s an older home. It’s Just some of the girls in our group weren’t able to pull them shut. Other than that we loved our stay and will book again in the future.

Review

Everything was great, and clean only tip I’d leave is the tenant telling the guest to start the hot tub as soon as they arrive we turned it on a whole day before and wasn’t ready for us until check out. Also leave extra toilet paper and trash cans for use. ( We didn’t want to bother the tenant, as we were there to enjoy our stay as much as we could) other than that it was amazing and such a beautiful home! I recommend.

Family vacation

Its an older home, but up dated appliance, bathroom are really small, . Not really designed for small children because of stairs and tables having sharp corners (however already knew that from pictures) . Pool was nice for the size, just wished the hot actually got hot. I understand its Texas but wanted the hottub for late nights and muscles relief. Location was okay its an older neighborhood and close to a hospital so some noise was expected. Master bedroom and sunroom stay warmer than the rest of the house.

Very Nice for an Older Colonial Home

All beds are very comfortable. Kitchen and dinning area was good for our gathering. Restrooms are very small but expected for an older home. The small size didn't bother us. Decor was nice. Overall a pleasant stay for the price. Too cold to use the pool or hot tub. But it was nice to sit around. Only issue I would have had if there were small children in our group was the upstairs banister highth. It is too short in my opinion.
