This house was easy to find and check in! It was perfect for our family getaway! The amenities were nice, the pools did get a bit rowdy (the pool key was not needed to get in). All in all we would stay here again.

Weekend get away place

Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, the pools and playground were within easy walking distance even for my 7 month pregnant wife. With the exception of the bearable odor(that smelled of either stale cigarette smoke or some kind of moldy smell in the clothes washer) in the unit everything else was great. The smell wasn't so bad though to say that we would not use the same unit again for another trip. The power outlets in the kitchen did not work when we tried to make coffee and breakfast the first morning but after placing a short call to the property management team, maintenance was there within 10 min to fix the issue and while they were there they fixed the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, great place and we would go back.

Great family vacation

The place was cozy, clean and cool upon arrival. We were able to check in early with a small fee. My kids loved staying on the bunk beds and the kiddie pool was the perfect depth for them. The location was a short walk to the beach but we chose to drive because we had a lot to set up. Our overall stay was pleasant. Would book again

April getaway

This property is very clean! My 6 year old and almost 3 year old loved the pools, splash pad and playground. The king bed was comfortable and my son loved the bunk bed. The water pressure in shower is amazing. It is very close to the beach!

Great location and pools.

Location was down the street from the beach which allowed easy access. Room was fully stocked with extra towels, blankets and pillows, kitchenware, extra trash bags and cleaning supplies for our short stay. Check in was easy and all information needed was easily found. Only improvements would be more comfortable beds. They were way too firm which led to long nights awake. Also needed hooks outside for towels and beach items to dry. Garden hose outside was weathered and slashed. Could barely use to wash off items.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Perfect location to the beach, restaurants, gas. Pool was very nice and warm for cooler nights. Condo was very clean when we checked in. A few things could be improved, the furniture (couch, chairs) Really needs a steam cleaning, I had to lay down a towel our entire stay. King bed was nice but very firm! Overall we had a great time making memories by the beach.

Wonderful stay!

Beach was a couple min walk and you were also able to purchase a permit to drive on the beach as well so it was easy to haul your toys and cooler for the day! Property was clean and grounds were newer and maintained well. Note there were 2 pools on either side of property. It doesn't show this online and we didn't find out about the kiddie playground area and pool until halfway thru our stay.

Great location - could use some maintenance

We stayed for 7 nights with 2 small kids, beach and pool was great to burn off energy. Pros: - Close location to the beach - Key-less access to the villa - Pool access / location - Fully stocked kitchen - Quiet (couldn't hear the neighbors) - Restaurant near by - A/C and fans were great - Has full washer / dryer / dishwasher Cons: - Furniture needs to be steam cleaned - Pool needs a good cleaning - Could use some hanging racks for beach towels / swim wear - Low water pressure - TV box kept glitching out - Fair drive to the supermarket (Wal-mart / HEB) - Only 2 dishwasher tabs and you are required to use one before checkout (so really you only get one to use) - Bring laundry detergent Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Covid 19 vacation

Nice place, comfy bed, easy access to pools and play ground. Our two year old enjoyed the playground and kiddie pool. They were a life saver for us. I would recommend more storage containers for food. Due to Covid 19 we didn't get out much with our two year old. We did visit the beach, but it did have a lot of liter on it. We had to be careful of the items around our son, so he didn't put trash in his mouth. Overall it was a nice place to get away for a few days.
