Welcome to your Beach Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

Relax in this beautiful 2-bedroom beachfront condo featuring two private balconies overlooking the Gulf—one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and watch the waves roll onto the shore while you unwind. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the guest bedroom includes two double beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Just steps from the beach, you can choose to soak up the sun on the sand or relax by the tropically landscaped pool area—the choice is yours.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We had a bestie's trip and this was the perfect location! Beach view was amazing, easy access to the beach and perfectly located. The unit has been updated and it was very clean! Only downfall is there wasn't a washer and dryer. The office staff were very accommodating and friendly! Would definitely rent this condo again!

Cancelled reservation

The morning we were leaving to head down to port Aransas, the property cancelled our reservation. We never actually stayed here. The property said it was our responsibility to book another place. Recommended a sister property but we stayed somewhere else.

What a wonderful beach front condo! Clean, easy in and out ..very short walk out to beach...next to the very crowded C S place... Our spot was perfect. Will book again specifically this condo.

Sisters' Mini Vaca in a Beachy Location

My sister and I love the ocean so this vacation rental was ideal. Be sure to book a unit on the beach side to enjoy morning coffee with the sunrise. We had the 5th floor which was perfect. The room is spacious, she was in one BR with a king size bed and full bath, me in another w/ two doubles and my own small, full bath. The combo living room, dining, kitchen was ample space if you consider hanging out inside. The couch also pulls out as a bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Laundry room and a garbage chute down the hall. Highly recommend.

Lovely Accommodation

We were there for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The complex was very nice and our Condo was perfect. Loved the balcony off living room and off Master suite. The views are incredible looking out at the ocean and location was great as well. I’d definitely go back for a re-book. Thanks for letting us rent your space.

Very nice, and…

This unit was very nice, easy access by the elevator, nice updates. The hot tub was not working :-/ Dusappointed. Short on coffee cups (only 2), otherwise fairly well supplied. A bit pricey for weekdays, compared to other options I discovered too late to cancel.

Overall a lovely unit. However the faucet in kitchen sink needs to be replaced it sprays everywhere. Also listed washer and dryer, it was not actually in the unit it’s down the hallway and was additional cost, very disappointing as there is plenty of room in the utility room for a stackable set. Also Recliners very uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Casa Condos. The property was quiet and just steps away from the beach. The two bedroom condo had plenty of space and everything that you would expect in each room. I particularly enjoyed the open concept which allowed for an ocean view from anywhere in the condo.

Nice beach getaway

Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub are a great amenity, and the proximity to cinnamon shore is great! The property isn’t new but I think the photos are accurate and it met our expectations. Note- there are no beach towels, so you will want to bring your own. There are two comfortable beach chairs to share!

Perfect location, great staff, secure building...minutes walk across the dunes to beach as well as balcony to watch the sunrise and listen to the waves. Wonderful experience for a mom/daughter spring break! We'd rent again for sure!
