Welcome to Alright, Alright, where everything will be even better than Alright, Alright! This beautiful 4BDR 3BR beach home is NEW! It's primely located on Eleventh St, which is where you want to stay for super easy access to the beach down Sandcastle, Ave G, or Beach Access 1a. And, it's in the golf cart zone!

As you walk into Alright, Alright, you'll want to kick the flip flops off and fall into the super comfy and oversized couch, and watch some TV. Culinary lovers may head straight to the kitchen to enjoy everything a cook would want to prep, cook, and serve for the group. The kitchen, dining, and living space is perfectly functional and yet beautifully finished.

The well-suited floor plan offers privacy and comfort for 12 people! Spread out between 2 King Suites with private bathrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Bunk Room including 2 twin/full bunk beds and a twin trundle.

Outside, there's lots of covered area, perfect for relaxing in the shade! Enjoy a private pool, firepit, and outdoor dining space. A half bath is located downstairs at the pool area as well for your convenience. After a day at the beach, easily rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower! Early risers can retreat to the beautiful deck to catch the sunrise. You'll have a gulf glimpse as well, so be sure to look for the view! The pool is the best place to catch the sunset too.

Enjoy convenience at every corner of your stay, starting with plenty of parking space. Easily fit 3-5 vehicles in the driveway, depending on size. Boat parking is allowed. Eleventh Street is the street most everyone takes to the beach, so be sure to plan when backing in a boat! A full-size washer & dryer in the hallway laundry closet makes cleaning up a breeze.

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Quiet Hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that the hammock in the backyard is no longer available.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
