Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. At home, you'll find plenty of space to unwind with your group. Sip refreshing beverages on the balcony, which boasts golf course views, a four-person table, and a gas grill. Inside, relax in the living area and stream favorite TV shows or play a board game at the dining table that seats six. Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and a bar that seats four, the modern kitchen features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Central AC adds comfort throughout the space. Perfection

Our family had an amazing time at Top of the Shoreline. The layout was perfect for our needs. The place was clean, well designed, and well maintained. There were some chairs, toys, and an umbrella in the garage that were available for beach use. Bring your bug spray when walking around the resort. Lots of mosquitoes from a tropical storm the week before our arrival. Fortunately, they weren’t when enjoying the elevated back patio.

All the features of home

My wife and I had a wonderful 3 days in the condo. It had very nice furniture, fully equipped kitchen and a grill. It is bright and sunny with a great view of the golf course. Very quiet and clean and well located to amenities. We will do it again, plenty of room for several guests.

Best stay Ever

We are repeat Palmilla visitors and have stayed in a lot of homes, by far this home was the best! This home was spotless, beds were so comfy, and everything was labeled. We had a small issue and contacted Vacasa, they took care of us immediately! We will be looking to rent this home in the future!

Top of Shoreline is Top Notch!

We loved our stay at Palmilla Beach! It was our second time to stay at the resort but first time to stay in this unit! We loved everything about it! It was super clean, fully stocked, and the layout was perfect! Plus the owner has taken the time to label everything which was so helpful! We will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Best Stay Ever

This how was so awesome. It was clean and it had everything we needed. It is located right across from guest services and it was not far from the beach crossover. The pics don' do it justice. This house is beautiful.
