We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay including the bike locker room to store our mountain bikes safely. "The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said she hoped I learned my lesson from booking through Expedia. We had issues checking in, having a pet, and the advertised heated pool was not heated. The room was fine, but I won’t return. There are plenty of other lodging options that are friendly and respectful. Don’t waste your money staying at the Moab Rustic Inn. "

"The room was kind of dark at night even if the lights are on because the walls and furnitures are dark brown. I suggest, to change the old furnitures and walls be painted with lighter colors. "

"I love to stay at this Hotel when I go to Moab. It is well kept and small and it does not cost an arm and a leg. It is clean and convenient. I like the frig and the microwave. Rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is not really hot, but it helps after a day of hiking."
