Relax on Island Time, 2 Bed Single Level Condo

This lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is located just walking distance from the beach. We are situated at the last beach access before the 4 X 4 beach access so you are just minutes away from taking a ride on the beach to see the wild horses.

The condo itself has a lovely kitchen with large island with plenty of seating. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you need if you would like to stay in and cook or grill outside. The living room offers a spacious area for you to relax, watch some TV or play games.

Enjoy the large heated community pool. Cabanas are available for rent daily. Book now for your early checkin and relax by the pool and order from The Salty Rim while you wait for your check in time!

Note: The pool is heated May-Nov and cabanas are available when the pool is open.

Pickleball court also available for reservation!

Community clubhouse and gym are now open!

Walk out of the complex and to the right is the beach and the left is the light house and Whalehead. You are approximately 5 minutes from the 4x4 beach and walking distance from the Corolla Village Light Shopping Center. This new condo complex has everything you need.

Good Stay

Loved our accommodations. So easy to walk to the beach or the entertainment area next door. Apartment was clean, well stocked, and lots of space. We brought our dog and the dog park on site was great. Would stay again.

Easter getaway

Easy to book and check in. Clean and looked just like the pictures. Walls were thin. The cabana rentals were pricy. Disappointed that there was a fee to use the Pickleball court. Especially off season. It would be nice if you could at least play once for no charge that you have to schedule and then additional games would be charged. Nice that the pool was open in April. We could walk to our favorite restaurant Uncle Ike’s! Reported a broken chair outside and never heard back (not a big deal). Overall great place and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

A wonderful weekend getaway

We just loved the place! Great location that is an easy walk to the beach and short drives to many attractions, shopping, and dining.Property management was very responsive with a couple of issues they fixed right away (fire alarm chirping due to low battery) and internet not working (just needed router rebooted).We did discover the sink in the master bathroom was mostly clogged and the towel rack in the master bath was not secured well to the wall, but that did not impair our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the outer banks!

Much needed Vacay

Beautiful condo, quiet neighborhood!! One block from the beach!! The development has a nice bar, where you can get a drink and a bite to eat!! It is also is close to multiple restaurants, miniature golf and a few store's. The view of the lighthouse is also beautiful!!

Awesome Outerbanks Getaway!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment! SOOO close to the lighthouse, maritime museum and beach access - both by foot and 4WD! Lynn and Chris are excellent hosts! Easily available and VERY helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Will DEFINITELY be statying there again!

Wonderful stay in Corolla

We enjoyed the cottage, plenty of space and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is excellent, close to the beach and also walking distance to nearby lighthouse, park and shops. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by the wonderful manager. We hope to come back again soon!
