  • Southern C Salt tiene cuatro (4) habitaciones y dos baños y medio (2. 5) y se encuentra sobre las dunas a menos de 100 yardas de la orilla. En el nivel de la playa encontrará una bañera de hidromasaje, una nueva parrilla de gas, tableros de maíz, duchas al aire libre y una mesa de picnic para disfrutar. El nivel superior (áreas de estar) se está renovando con pintura fresca, TV de pantalla grande de 50 "y un moderno sofá seccional en la zona de estar (las fotos se actualizarán a medida que avancen las renovaciones). La cocina contigua se está renovando con: gabinetes blancos, encimeras de granito, salpicaduras nuevas, pisos de baldosas de vinilo de lujo y todas las luces nuevas. También hay un porche proyectado con mesa para comer fuera de la cocina. Este piso también tiene el medio baño recientemente renovado para su conveniencia. Los dormitorios están en el segundo piso y cuentan con: dormitorio King con entrada a la terraza, dormitorio Queen con entrada a la terraza, dormitorio con literas (decoración de flamencos) con entrada en la terraza y dos camas individuales con dormitorio nido (decoración de tiburón). Todas las habitaciones tienen alfombra, TV y armario. Pack-n-play también está disponible. El piso del dormitorio tiene dos baños completos. Un baño también tiene una gran bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas para su relajación privada. Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo aquí también. Este piso tiene una cubierta envolvente para que todos puedan disfrutar.
    Tiendas y restaurantes están cerca. Atracciones cercanas: Faro de la playa de Currituck, Capilla y aldea histórica de Corolla, caballos salvajes de Corolla, ferry de Knott's Island y parque acuático H2OBX en Powell's Point

Wonderful stay

Everyone in our group was very pleased with our rental. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, light and airy living quarters, quiet street and great location. We would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great week at the beach! Very short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable, clean, and just what we were expecting. Communication from the host was excellent.

Home away from home

The homeowner was a great communicator, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was so nice to have 2 outdoor showers, we had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The location close to the beach, grocery stores, shopping, the lighthouse etc. was wonderful too! It is a great vacation home away from home!

Easy beach days!

Great for long days on the beach. Quick walk, 2 outdoor showers, good supply of hot water! The top floor was cozy and clean for relaxation and bathrooms/bedrooms were clean!

Our second stay here was wonderful

We love the location and convenience of this lovely beach house. We also appreciate how clean it was. The updated bathrooms are very tasteful. We spent a good amount of time on the balconies. Thank you for another enjoyable stay, Buzz!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at C Salt. The house is beautiful, spacious, and close to the beach, just as described. It was a well-supplied kitchen for group meals. Buzz was very responsive. Thanks again, hope we can stay there again!

Loved our house!

Beautiful and spacious with all the modern conveniences and extra touches. Comfortable beds with plenty of room in the bedrooms. Loved the screened porch and decks. Lots of up and down stairs but didn't mind the exercise! The hot tub was enjoyed

Great place

Great location. Nice an accommodations. They did have a stool for the kids to use, high chair, and other comforts of home. Typical layout of the homes in this area, lots of steps and all of the steps to upstairs are exterior to the home. The drink fridge was nice to have. Great communication even with AC tune ups while we were there. Thank you!

So Close to the Beach!

The house is clean and comfortable and the recent updates are great. The living area is bright and airy and the kitchen is well-equipped. The best part for us was the short walk to the beautiful beach! Loved having 2 outdoor showers. Close to stores, etc. but quiet. Buzz was easy to work with and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property, Super Helpful Owner

This was a week-long vacation for 4 childhood friends who have all just turned 50. No kids, no souses, lots and lots of beach time. This house was EXACTLY what we wanted and we had a wonderful stay! Buzz (the owner) could not have been more helpful when we had questions. The house is gorgeous and exactly as advertised. The new bathrooms are particularly lovely, and I know they have more upgrades planned so I'm hoping we can come back and see those someday, too! We're not going to wait until 60, though, that's for sure.

Great location! Very clean!

We had the best week! The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the open kitchen and dining/living area. We love to cook and all be together. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had great appliances. We didn’t know there was a drink fridge and wine cooler, which was a pleasant surprise. The hottub was perfect because we had some cool nights. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach and even though the beach seemed crowded looking either direction, our part of the beach was never very busy. We always had room to set up and enjoy the day on the sand. We loved the outdoor showers (with warm water!) to rinse off before jumping in the hottub or just to rinse the sand from the day. All of the beds were clean and very comfortable. The new updates are absolutely gorgeous. The big walk in shower is to die for! There’s ample room for parking, plenty of outdoor porch to enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves. Communication was very easy and I got a very quick response with the few questions I had. Close to a grocery store and anything you may need. We loved walking to Duck Donuts for donuts and coffee in the mornings. We love the area and will definitely be back here next year!

A wonderful experience

We really enjoyed our vacation in Corolla and our stay in this rental. Everything was as described. It is a great location to the beach, Corolla activities and shopping, and the home was spacious and comfortable. I really don't have any negatives!

Perfect house, location and experience

We enjoyed the perfect quiet location with street leading to a culdesac and walkway over the dune to direct beach access. House is well taken care of and very clean! Communication with the owner was better than any other rental I have ever had and Buzz went above and beyond to be sure we had a wonderful experience despite a small hiccup with the AC on day one. He was on it before we even arrived and followed through to be sure everything was perfect. Highly tecommend Southern C Salt for your next trip.

Goldilocks House

This is the third trip for us to Corolla and the third house we've rented. Each of the previous two were okay, but had issues that caused us to look elsewhere the following year. This house however, was just right. We had a total of 4 adults and 4 children, though with the trundle bed, 5 children could easily sleep comfortably here. The house has recently been remodeled, so everything was clean and had a more modern vibe than other houses. There was plenty of space and a great screened in porch with a large table that we were all able to enjoy dinner on. There was a gas grill with an extra 20lb propane bottle in case the attached one ran out, a large kitchen, jacuzzi (which we didn't use) and even a cornhole set for entertainment. The location is fantastic - easily walkable to the beach while also very close to Harris Teeter and Timbuck II. In addition to all of this, the host was a pleasure to deal with and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to remind us to bring linens, which days were trash days, and just to make sure we were comfortable. We were even provided a nice personalized note and welcome gift. Our family will absolutely look at this property again next year if we return to Corolla.

Amazing location

We loved our stay here! The walk to the beach was perfect with our small children, we could run back to house at any time. The house was so clean and comfortable.

Location was wonderful!! Very clean and beautiful home. Owners were very helpful!!

We had a great vacation here and would highly recommend this property. The location is ideal a very close walk to the beach. We loved that we were so close for biking to restaurants, shops, and we even biked to lighthouse. The kitchen was lovely, but could use a good chopping knife. We struggled with cutting veggies, fruit, and chicken when preparing meals.

Great location and house close to the beach

Our family enjoyed a great week at Southern C Salt. The house is very clean and well-appointed and has a terrific layout with a bright common area on the third floor where everyone can enjoy company and nice rooms on the second floor. Hot tub is great. A stone's throw to the beach and also conveniently located near shopping centers and grocery stores. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Perfect location

An easy, 60 second walk to the beach. Kitchen was well-equipped. Great living space with a large, comfy couch that can fit the whole family. Board games in the cabinet by the table, cornhole set outside to the right of the showers (bean bags in the kitchen closet). Comfortable beds and a good sized washer and dryer. A short, easy drive to the grocery store. We enjoyed our time at the beautiful Southern C Salt.
