An updated ship's watch and back deck and lots of newly painted walls and ceilings await you at The Blessed One! This beach house is ideal for multiple families, with its two king master suites, plus a master queen. Each king master suite has deck access and an ensuite bathroom. Middle level king master bathroom is newly updated. The Queen master suite offers its own private deck and a newly remodeled private bathroom. The bunk suite has new flooring throughout with ample spread out space, bunks galore to share with multiple families, updated private bathroom with new flooring, paint and vanity tops.

Add the friends and family and you have all the ingredients for a great week at the beach. A weber grill, patio and picnic table are all there so you have your choice to dine in or eat outside. The kitchen was recently remodeled with new cabinets, a tile backsplash and granite countertops. The living room has new carpeting, curtains and pillows. An inviting wet coffee bar with Keurig style plus traditional coffee maker.

Ground Level: Newly reimagined recreation room with pool table, large 55" TV and built in stereo speakers. A large table is available for puzzles, games, or a chess/checker table. Full size laundry room. Just outside patio area weber grill, a picnic table and two large hammocks for relaxation and conversation time. On the landing between the ground and mid levels you'll find a library to enjoy a good book or puzzle.

Mid Level: A King Master Bedroom with a soaking tub ensuite, TV and deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with shower/tub combo ensuite, TV and private deck access. Also on this level you'll find a kids bedroom equipped with a 3 Bunk Sets, Trundle, TV, deck access and a large private bathroom with shower. On the deck you'll find a porch swing and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. On the landing between the mid and top levels you'll find a nice reading nook or quiet place to sit and have conversation.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with soaking tub ensuite, TV and deck access. For family gatherings, the light and airy great room has vaulted ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, granite topped wet bar and stereo. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining room seating eight plus, a half bath, screened-in porch and access to the Ships Watch loft are all on this top level. Off the Ships' Watch is a newly renovated deck with lovely sunset views and seating for two. There is ample seating for all on the top level deck!

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
