The Space:

If you're seeking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, The Bluewater is perfect for you. Take a stroll around Ocean Sands and check out the nearby lake, or take a quick drive to local restaurants and shops. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk around a picturesque lake path. If you need a break from the sand, the private pool and hot tub are perfect on site amenities to soak up the sun right from the house.



Socializing is a breeze on the open and bright top level. You can watch movies in the living area or play games at the dining table while the chef in your family whips up meals. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare for your group. There are 4 cozy bedrooms for catching up on rest and making sure you're energized for the next beach day.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**

Payment Schedule:

50% due at confirmation

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
