The top floor great room has warm wood floors and all new furniture and features a 65-inch smart LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Disc Player and there is Bose stereo surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room are especially desirable for family and gatherings and can comfortably seat 20 people. The fresh kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a large Island with a prep sink and smooth surface stove as well as 6 bar stools and a separate dinette area for casual dining.

The larger dining area seats 10 with a view! Convenient half bath as well as en suite with private bath on the top level. There is a beautiful screened-in porch with custom counter and seating that will be a great spot for any casual snack/meal and is a perfect spot for viewing sunrises and even sunsets. The two levels of extensive decking provide plenty of opportunity for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views and fresh salt air. The decks are extra wide and well designed with access all the way to the ground level. Each King bedroom on the top and mid-level has deck access and nice ocean views. All bathrooms are fresh and bright.

Everyone will enjoy the huge 19’x37’ private pool, large hot tub and extensive lounge chairs and outdoor seating that provide maximum relaxation in a private landscaped setting. There is a fold-up ping pong table undercover for additional exterior fun. For interior amusement, there is a large kids' room with a foosball table, entertainment center with a 65-inch TV as well as a standup multicade video game system on the ground floor, this is just the right area for entertaining! Also, a cocktail video game system on the landing between the floors to offer another getaway space.

The Villages at Ocean Hill offers opportunities for family fun, sport, recreation and sheer relaxation. Within the community of the Villages at Ocean Hill, there are two swimming pools for your enjoyment: one on Sandcastle Drive at the oceanfront and one on Lakeside Drive next to the Fitness Center. In addition to two community pools, the Villages at Ocean Hill amenities also include basketball courts, a playground, and a nature trail. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy access to the fitness center and tennis/pickleball courts.

Looking for adventure? You are less than a mile from the 4-wheel drive beaches, famous for the roaming wild horses of the Outer Banks!
