TOP LEVEL:
The airy Great Room encompasses a family-friendly living space with beautiful views, plenty of couch space for TV viewing. There is access to a sun deck with gas grill and an outdoor table. Also, there is a screened porch to enjoy the views and the great outdoors. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen counter seats 5. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is designed for meal preparations with a gas stove. For coffee lovers, there are both drip and pod coffee makers to savor your favorite brew. The laundry area is just off the kitchen. The Queen Master Suite on this level has a shower/tub combo in its private bathroom. A half bath is located by the staircase that goes down to the mid level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor to complete the family sleeping arrangements. The Bunk Bed Master Suite with Double Bed is ideal for kids; its master bath has a shower/tub combo. Next, the Day Bed Master Suite has a Trundle and a shower in its master bath; this bedroom has access to the covered deck with porch swing at the back of the house. The King Master Suite also has access to the back deck and its master bath has separate shower and a large soaking tub. The last bedroom is a Queen Master Suite with a private bath which has a shower/tub combo. The centerpiece on this level is the spacious Lounge area with a 65" flat-screen TV for family members to spread out and enjoy watching a favorite movie or sporting event. For game entertainment, there is a Ping Pong table, a Foosball table, and a cornhole game for family-friendly competitions. Outdoors, your family will enjoy the large private pool (14' x 35'; pool open mid-May to mid-October) which is surrounded by plenty of furniture to use for relaxing and sunning. There is a hot tub on this pool deck for the adults to enjoy. Be sure to use the outdoor shower after beach-going! There is parking at this home for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding.
