All Things Possible welcomes your family for a fantastic beach vacation. The home offers 7 bedrooms, including 2 Master Suites and 5 additional bedrooms ideal for family and children. Located within The Currituck Club resort, free beach trolley service is provided during the summer months to the Public Beach Access (slightly more than a mile away) or you can rent bikes (or a golf cart) if preferred. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

Beds: 2 King Masters, 3 Queens, 1 Pyramid Bunk Set, 2 Bunk Bed Sets, 16 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The reverse floor plan offers sound views from the Great Room with access to spacious decks for outdoor dining. The living area has a large wraparound couch for TV viewing. An upgraded gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances: 2 wall ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a large kitchen island with cooktop and counter bar seating for 6. The dining area has a table that seat up to 10. There is a half bath on this level. The King Master Suite has deck access and its master bath has double vanity sinks, a jetted tub with a separate shower. [Note: free-standing gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
The main entry way for this home leads to a shady porch with rocking chairs and deck furniture. Inside the entry way, there are 5 bedrooms on this level: 3 Queen bedrooms (two with deck access) and 1 bedroom with 2 Bunk Bed Sets. These rooms all share 2 different hall bathrooms with shower/tub combos in each. There is also a second King Master Suite on this floor that has double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo in its bathroom. The laundry area is located off the hallway.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Lounge has several fun features which are sure to be a big hit with everyone, especially the kids! There are 2 different arcade games to test your gaming skills. The large flat-screen TV is set-up for gaming and a Ping Pong table is available as a game area in the garage. Sliding doors lead out to the pool deck with a hot tub and an 11' x 21' hourglass-shaped private pool (open June to August). There are plenty of chaise lounges for sunning and relaxation. At the front of the house, there is parking for 4-5 vehicles.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

All Things Possible Family Vacation

The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house itself was very nice and suited our space needs nicely.There were small issues with things in the house like blinds that didn’t open or hanging blinds in bedroom that were missing sections which didn’t provide us privacy at night and let the sun in in the morning. Also, one towel per person for one week isn’t sufficient. Could also use more that one dish towel. Children’s clothing/underwear was also found in one of the top bunk beds. Other than that the house was enjoyable, especially the pool!

Great community and easy beach access

The Currituck Club community was perfect for our family. We took advantage of the fitness center, community pool, and walks to the sunset bridge each night. The trolley made going to the beach super easy. The property was a good fit for us, although some things could have been improved. The top deck had places where toddlers could easily slip through along the railing. The pool was rather small and not the best kept. Cleanliness was fine, but you could tell that it was well-lived in. (Shower curtain mildew and hard water stained). Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Family reunion

The house is large and well supplied. Several thing were not working including the grills and stove burners when we arrived. The outdoor deck was very dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Family Vacation

Had rented this property before through another management company, the house was not cleaned properly when we arrived. So many things had changed about this house as far as the unkeep, however its a place we enjoy to spend time at as a family. I would rent again however my family has expanded and we need something bigger.

OBX Vacay 2020

Overall, it was a great stay! Pool experience was not always pleasant, as there were several large black ants and red fire ants and a couple Hornets nests that were bothersome on the furniture. The bottom rail post top was completely rotted and kept coming off. The grill off the deck was a mess and took a good hour to clean. The grease catcher was overflowing. Great response to come clean our pool after we called. The inside of the house was beautiful. Water drain problem with tub in the master on the middle level. Thank you for our stay.

Summer Vacation

We liked the house more and more throughout our stay. The management were efficient and helpful and we were pleased that the pool was cleaned during our stay. We accidentally broke a screen and it was very efficiently dealt with by the management and paid for from our damage deposit. The positives: We all had good bedrooms bar one (see below) and the beds were very comfy and large. The house was clean and tidy. The house is very well equipped for kitchen goods and utensils and there is lots of gear to use by the pool and beach. The great room is a fabulous place to gather and there is a great shuffle board and ping pong table plus arcade games in the basement. The home is located in a fabulous gated community with everything we needed within easy access. The negatives: The basement bedroom has some sort of electrical pump located behind a wooden shutter. This pump switched on multiple times in the night and was super loud. We could not sleep in that room. It has a Queen/twin bunk bed- designed for kids or teens. In some areas the home is looking a little tired. The upper deck furniture is stained and looks somewhat unloved. The Area around the pool is a little unkempt and could do with a spring clean. The pool furniture could perhaps benefit from a power wash. We would have welcomed the ability to have some shade by the pool too. Having been rental home owners before, we really do appreciate attention to detail and it has made us super aware! Overall we would certainly recommend this property.
