The Space:

Step inside Hat Trick and discover a haven of comfort and style! The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living area offers comfortable seating and entertainment options, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Each of the five bedrooms is a private retreat, offering a peaceful space to unwind.



The bedrooms are spread out across all 3 levels. The top level has 2 bedrooms that share a jack and jill bath. One room has 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the other room has a queen bed. The king master bedroom is on the mid level, and has a private full bath and deck access. On the ground level you will find 2 more bedrooms, a queen room and a twin room, that share a full hall bath. A laundry area with washer and dryer round out the conveniences of this home.



Outside, the private pool beckons for refreshing dips (heated by advance request for $75/day, $500/week), and the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the fresh air and have a family barbecue to end the day. With its prime location, Hat Trick offers easy access to the beach and local attractions, making it the perfect destination for your next vacation.



NOTE: Hat Trick is undergoing renovations in the fall/winter of 2026 that will reduce the occupancy to 8 for the 2027 season. Occupancy will remain 12 for late summer and early fall 2026.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open April 1st and close in early November**

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
