Welcome to our pet-friendly home in Corlette; the ideal coastal escape for families, couples & friends. Just minutes from Port Stephens beautiful beaches, cafe's, restaurants, shops & attractions. This spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults & 1 child.

Two stylish queen bedrooms featuring built in USB A & C charging ports & ambient LED lighting; while the third bedroom includes a double bunk with a single top bunk, Ideal for children or extra guests. All bedrooms also offer ceiling fans (bladeless ceiling fan in bunk room) and built-in wardrobes with ample storage.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area & comfortable living spaces or relax outdoors in our private backyard with a BBQ & outdoor dining area. Perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking indoors, if you wish to smoke or vape ash trays are provided outdoors.
2. No pets on furniture
3. Respect quiet hours & be respectful of our neighbors, weekdays 10pm-7am weekends 11pm-7am
4.Clean all cooking appliances, empty fridge/freezer, remove rubbish & leave used towels in bathroom when departing.
5. Please ensure all windows are closed, doors locked & appliances turned off when vacating the property.
6. This house is for residential use only. Hosting parties or functions of any kind is strictly prohibited. Strictly no BUCKS or HENS parties, extra guests are not permitted. Any violations may result in penalties or eviction.
7. No vehicles, trailers, boats or caravans are to be parked on the front lawn. Please use the garage or driveway.
8. Please take care of the keys provided. If keys are misplaced or lost additional charges will apply.
9. All children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
10. All damages beyond wear & tear must be reported to the host immediately. Charges will apply for damages.
11. Please ensure all pet waste is picked up & disposed of in the outdoor bins. Dedicated pooper scooper can be found in the backyard.
12. Please do not rearrange the furniture or appliances.
13. The total number of guests must not exceed the total number of beds or the total number agreed upon at booking.

This property has a security camera above the garage facing the driveway & view of the street.
This Property is privately owned & the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses or loss of personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, guests agree to assume all risks associated with using the property & it's facilities.
