  • Villa Telio is a modern house in ​Sgombou, 5 minutes from Gouvia, 22 minutes from Corfu airport, with a sunny pool (7m X 4m), colourful gardens and delightful terraces.
    The property is located in a quiet area, away from it all. It is spacious enough for a family or group of four (4) people, accommodating two (2) air-conditioned bedrooms with one (1) bathroom.
    There is also the possibility of sleeping one (1) more guests on a comfortable sofa bed on request.

    BBQ, Pool and Gardens

    The ground floor side balcony is tastefully equipped with conventional dining furnishing and an adjacent built BBQ for that lazy summer dining experience, and it opens out onto the garden and the sunny pool. This enchanting area is where guests will spend most of the time dining al fresco and catching a relaxing moment..

Amazing hospitality

A fantastic property, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you need and more. The hosts showed exceptional hospitality leaving freshly made goods including pastries, cakes and savoury treats daily. The villa is located close to Gouvia, we would recommend a car of scooter to get around.

We loved villa telio. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay from answering questions as soon as we asked, ensuring everything was clean and tidy and they also left us daily treats such as fresh baked goods and fresh fruit. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great villa

Nice, clean, great private pool, quite, all perfect. There are two cats and dog coming every day to visit us and my daughter was in love with them. Very kids friendly. And we were given some sweets every morning which was also very kind.

Wonderful stay!

What a wonderful villa Telio is and how wonderfully we were catered for! The villa is equipped with everything you need and more, and was soo peaceful. The owners came by daily to clean around the villa and left wonderful pastries each morning which were a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend and return here too! Bonus was the private pool!

Enjoyable Stay

Lovely owners who take great pride in the Villa. Plenty of space inside - not massive area around the pool and the pool more suitable for younger children but all set up to a very good standard with lovely lighting. We were there at end of season so didn't have the weather so the Villa did feel a little dark being on bottom floor but a good space and for a younger family would work well. You do need a car and its located in an area off the beaten track but if you have a plan and want to use the Villa as a base then this will be a good fit and well worth a visit.

Perfect stay to explore Corfu.

Just perfect. Good location to explore Corfu. You do need a car. The appartement is clean and very good equiped. Swimming pool is very nice. Quiet location. The host are just too friendly. Everyday when we were away they would come and clean the house. And left lots of housemade treats.

The villa was STUNNING

The villa was STUNNING, it overlooked the beautiful mountains and was incredibly picturesque. You do need a car to stay here as you’re high up on some rocky hills but other than that it was perfect. We didn’t have a car but we had Banos and his father Ilyas. Banos met us on our first day and from then was so helpful. He lived next door and he drove and picked us up whenever we asked. Amazing guy and made our stay so much better. I’d recommend this place to anyone, the home and Banos made our first trip to Corfu even better than we could have imagined. Efcharistó!

The property was incredible. WIFI is IFFY. Location is down a gravel, one lane road, but that's not uncommon for Corfu. The mgmt was very attentive and the cleaning was over the top. If you're staying for a longer time period, consider bringing laundry soad, DW soap, and toilet paper. You'll definitely need shampoo and soap for the shower. Incredible sunny pool, large TV and huge refrigerator.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Service ist hervorragend. Wir wurden mit frischem Kuchen empfangen. Während unserem einwöchigen Aufenthalt wurden Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt, die Wohnung gereinigt und weitere Leckereien bereitgestellt. Negativ für uns war der doch relativ kleine Pool, der zwar tief, aber ziemlich kurz war. Auch hatten wir das Glück, dass die Wohnung über uns nicht belegt war, so dass die Privatsphäre am Pool nicht beeinträchtigt wurde.

Great house at a quiet location

This modern house is a great holiday location when you are looking for a quiet, yet central place near Corfu town. We had a great time at our own pool and loved the extra care of the home owners. When we arrived the fridge was filled with wine, fresh tomatoes and cake. And during the week we got eggs, grapes, more cake and figs. The owners are so nice! Good to know though that this is not a whole house on its own, but an appartment on the ground floor. Two more holiday houses are attached to this house, but you will have enough privacy, as their pools are located at the left and right of the property.

Perfect house for holiday with friends in Corfu

Location was excellent, 10 min drive to the center and 5 min drive to Dassia. The hostess prepared a cake for us upon arrival and gave us a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The pool was amazing and for us alone. every day they changed our towels and cleaned the house a bit. And one day by surprise in the morning they left us 12 free range eggs on the doorstep. Everything was details and we loved it, definitely 100% recommended

Fantastic villa, great hosts!

Villa was awesome, well equipped, spacious and clean. The private pool is totally worth it. The hosts left water, wine and some sweets for us on arrival, and cleaned the whole villa 2 times during our 4-days stay. Villa is perfect for 4 to 5 people but it works great for a single couple, too. The hosts answered our inquiries quickly during our stay via e-mail. Nothing negative to mention.

Villa Tellio is amazing

Villa Tellio is amazing and has everything you need and ever more. If you want to have luxury holiday is really great choice for reasonable price. Big advantage of this property are people from the service and host side who always were helpfull and extremmly nice, also giving us gifts and offer cleaning when you need it. Location is perfect when you have car because you are able to reach a lot of intresting spots in 10-20minutes. The closest beach was 10 minutes and it was nice. The really amazing beaches like barbatti, paleokastrista or glyfida beach was about 15-25minutes from villa. The the city center of corfu it was about 10 minutes ride really close. Swimming pool was luxury it was nice addition to this stay, swimming was really pleasure. I hope we will come back here.
