Perfect for large families, friends, events, or all those guests looking the comfort of a holiday home with the added bonus of a huge private pool and a wide array of facilities within walking distance, this property is set to impress for its unbeatable value for money in a sought after location. And it is also an excellent choice for special events, weddings, etc.



Sidari Beach Villa can sleep up to 21 guests in air-conditioned interiors. The property is composed by a 2-storey main house by the poolside (sleeping 16 to 17 guests), a garden annex (sleeping 4 guests) and a poolside fully equipped kitchen/dining area with space for all the guests to dine or relax together. Please note that the property can only be rented together as a whole, indipendent villa. The main house has 2 x 2 bedroomed apartments on the ground floor (one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one shower room, one kitchenette each, plus one sofa bed available on request) and 4 x self-contained suites on the upper floor (2 with double beds and shower room, 2 with 2 single beds and shower room). The annex by the garden, just behind the main house, has 2 open plan suites with one double bed, one shower room, and a small kitchen corner each. For the comfort of the guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). By the poolside, guests have at their disposal a large poolside space with large patio doors housing a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 20 and 2 useful WCs.



Outside, Sidari Beach Villa enjoys extensive, fully fenced grounds including both paved and garden areas. The large private pool (measuring 12m x 6m) has a separate section for children, is equipped with 20 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, and is lit at night. A brick built barbecue will be the perfect complement for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Despite a car not being essential for this property, parking is available.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A security refundable deposit for damages (euros 500 in total) is required on arrival.
