Kassiopi House is in the centre of cosmopolitan Kassiopi, just a few steps from the beach of Kalamionas or the fishing port of the village, with air conditioning, beautiful balconies overlooking the sea and without the need for a car. The house also has access to a nearby family pool, which is also available for four other apartments.
This charming house, which was recently renovated and turned into a holiday property, extends to the first floor of a building, above owner's office and is next to local taverns, bars and other facilities. It offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay, the use of the neighbouring pool and is spacious enough for a family or group of four people.

Layout

An interior staircase leads from a side street to the apartment's main entrance. The entrance leads onto open space with a living room, dining room, kitchen, and two large balconies overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills.
There are two bedrooms, one double and the other twin, which share a modern family bathroom to the left of the living room.
Both the bedrooms are sunny, and they have french doors, which open onto a large side balcony overlooking the main road and the backdrop of the mount.

Shared pool

Kassiopi Home has access to a shared pool, just 50 metres away, shared by four other apartments.

The Location

Kassiopi Home is an ideal rental property for anyone who would like to be close to the beach and at the same time next to the local attractions, without having to travel to implement his daily plan, wasting time and money. In addition, Kassiopi village remains an authentic destination that has something to offer to everyone, with its bustle Harbor, its crystal blue water beaches, or its busy centre, which can be counterbalanced by the tranquillity of a short walk around the rocky headland.
Kassiopi Home is right in the centre of it all, which can only assure an enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Our group was 2 young adult couples and we really enjoyed our trip to Kassiopi because of this villa! It was located very well for all the activities we wanted to do e.g walking around the town, going to local bars, going to local beaches. There is a small supermarket nearby and plenty of shopping within a 10 minute walk. The balcony was lovely for sitting and relaxing outdoors, or taking nice photos with the Kassiopi backdrop without having to walk anywhere. As for check-in and check-out, we found it all super easy and smooth. No issues finding the house thanks to accurate coordinates plus detailed photograph instructions on how to find the house and key lockbox. It was super clean on arrival and even stocked with some bottled water which we forgot to buy on the way to the house, very kind of the host! Highly recommend if you want to stay in a clean, organized, centrally located villa (with a nice pool!) then stay at Kassiopi Home.

Stunning property but too noisy for us

Firstly the property is immaculate and there is nothing to fault about the rooms, furnishings, fixtures and equipment. All suited our needs perfectly. We were working as well as holidaying and the space in the apartment as well as the reliable WiFi were perfect. However, the apartment is located on a very noisy road and opposite a very noisy taverna which was often loud into the early hours. If you are a light sleeper then this is not the property for you. If you are a party person then it’s perfectly located as everything is in walking distance of the apartment. The shared pool is conveniently located and often private to yourself.
