"My shower leaked so bathroom floor was wet all the time. There was mould in the shower .no Fridge. There was litter left in one corner of the room . Breakfast was pretty underwhelming but well staffed and managed. The bed was awful , lumpy and uncomfortable. Ill not be staying here again . It was cheap and I know why. Only one small lift for wheelchair users so if youre a large party or if u have lots of luggage better stay on the ground floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We...

"This Hotel does everything right. Firstly it's location is right next to Telford International Centre for conferences and exhibitions. Secondly it's a maximum 10 minutes walk to the South water development with a range of restaurants, Bella Italia etc, pubs, Hungry Horse, and entertainment Cineworld, Bowling Alley and more. It's well designed and easy to get to on foot( if the gate at the hotel is not closed you can cut across the Telford International Centre car park, making it even...

"A lovely hotel with lovely staff they couldn't be more helpful. Food was top notch and drinks not too expensive."

"Excellent as usual"

"The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again."

"Helpful staff in a picturesque setting. The food was excellent and our room was spacious and comfortable."

"Room was dirty"

"Good wifi, lots of parking. Tired interior. Very nice and helpful reception staff."

"Basic but fine for one night. If I wasn’t small I would not have fitted into the shower."

"Great vibe about the hotel. Bar area really nice."

"Great pool and treatment area. Room was clean. Parking was good. Location was great as a base."

"Good size room, well equipped. Iron, usb wall sockets, usb charging bedside lamps. Loads of parking. Hallways and reception all well presented. EV charging works well, though expensive (75p per kw at time of writing). Bed was comfy and clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance (towel rusty, extraction not good enough so bathroom damp paint peeling). Corridor doors very noisy at night, they swing and bang 2-3 times when closing. Staid 2 nights; no house keeping for some reason (we’d...
