"My stay at Hine2 Suites was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Most of the family stayed there and enjoyed the hospitality. From the friendly staff, to the complementary breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms."

"Air conditioning was not good"

"My room was 325. The staff was extremely kind n accommodating but when I micro waved my food the microwave malfunctioned it a fire started not once but twice, then again when the front desk came to check it. It was not the container I used it was the plastic piece that held the glass plate. They immediately wanted to remove the microwave but not give me a decent comp. I didn't pay for the room but the fact that it is by the door and I could have been trapped in I believe I deserve more."

"The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional."

"I liked how clean it was. The cleaning service ladies seemed to be cleaning, mopping and wiping all the time! I loved it! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also felt very safe while on the property. If i could change one thing it would be the mattress. It wasn't very comfortable but I managed. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Tru by Hilton in Lawrenceville, GA. Shout out to the manager for the room change accommodation!! From a one to a two bed! Woo-hoo!! Thanks...

"Clean, cool, comfortable rooms. Pet-friendly. Great waffle maker situation at breakfast. Responded quickly to a last minute reservation. Well located with stores and restaurants in close proximity. I was not in my electric vehicle on this trip but the presence of EV chargers in the parking lot was encouraging for future trips. Overall a great stay."
