Great location on South Beach. In the middle of all the art deco hotels.
Reception very helpful. Rooms clean & tidy, huge TV on mirrored wall.
Water supplied in room & Beach towels provided in reception.
No bar at the moment. Basic tea & coffee available. Breakfast is out the back in sister hotel President hotel.
30second walk. Basic buffet breakfast , hot & cold, sets you up for the day exploring the area.
You can use the rooftop pool at The President , small but useful.
Would I stay at The Penguin again, possibly. The location is superb for walking to the bar’s & restaurants down towards South Point & the other way Collins Ave & Lincoln Rd shops are 5 mins walk away.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
