A quaint waterfront chalet in a quiet wooded neighborhood. This home is in excellent condition with a beautiful view of the White Mountains. 100 ft of sandy beach on Conway's pristine Pequawket Pond gives you access to swimming, boating, fishing, skating and cross country skiing all in your backyard. Beware of fraudulent listings. This property is not listed on Craigslist.

Located at the beginning of the Kancamagus Highway and the White Mountain National Forest, home to Mount Washington. The house is minutes from world-class ski areas including: Wildcat, Bretton Woods, Attitash and Cranmore. Also, this house is only minutes away from numerous hiking trails, world class shopping, and the Swift and Saco Rivers.


Located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley: This property is located close to everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Great outlet shopping, first-class restaurants and cafes, boutique shopping, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, white water rafting, and numerous hiking and outdoor adventures.

Close to Major Attractions: The chalet is located about ten minutes away from Kahuna Laguna, the brand new indoor 40,000 sq. ft. water park at the Red Jacket Mountain View Resort, as well as the world famous StoryLand.

Ski season rental, Golf buddies trip, Artist retreat: This is an excellent chalet for specialized trips. These are just a few suggestions:
Want to make skiing in the northeast as easy and convenient as if you owned a wonderful chalet like this yourself? Have your skis, board and boots clean and dry, know the route, know what to pack. If so, consider renting for the season or 1/2 the season.
Got the buddies together and looking for challenging courses as well as breathtaking scenery, great food and cold drinks? Consider a week rental or call for a special rate on a two week rental.

Summer Vacation

The location was perfect. It was during the heat wave so having central air was appreciated. The pond is small and quiet with a lot of undergrowth but their private beach area allowed easy and safe play for the grandchildren. Enjoyed use of the kayaks. If you are looking for a camp vibe home to bring children this will meet your expectations.

Wonderful Chalet Overall

Location and amenities are amazing. Canoe, kayaks, floating dock, firepit- all amazing. When we arrived, the outdoor furniture (to include table and chairs on deck and all tables and chairs by water) were not clean. We had to clean them in order to use them. Not a huge deal but for the money spent, we would have expected those to be cleaned. We had a wonderful time using all amenities though and owner was fast in communication. Washer and dryer in kitchen are updated and wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked (we cooked all but one meal in so a well stocked kitchen is super important). There was a charcoal grill on premise and charcoal was provided in trash can next to grill. That was a plus! :) The beds left a lot to be desired. We went to Walmart and purchased bed toppers for all (esp the two twins beds). Helpful but not amazing. Took them home with us in the event we need them in the future. That would be one of the downsides from us returning. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect

This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back.

Great place, with FANTASTIC VIEWS!

Place was great! Was far enought away, and yet close to everything! Made great memories with the family! Owners were very accommodating and quick to get back to us whenever we had to get in touch with them! Definitely would come back! My daughter already asked if we could next year! So 2 thumbs up!

Great Cottage for Little Kids

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great - close to grocery stores, N. Conway, restaurants and lots of easy hikes for little kids. We all the loved the beach, the kids digging in the sand, the adults lying on the lounge chairs at the water and reading, and everyone playing in the water and swimming to the raft. We especially appreciated the canoe and two kayaks that were at our disposal. This was a rainy, muggy week and the AC was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the washer and dryer multiple times to clean muddy clothes after hikes. On the days when the rain actually stopped, there were beautiful views of the mountains across the lake.

Peaceful and perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. The property is beautiful. Lakefront lounge chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, wraparound deck were all wonderful. The view is stunning and can’t be beat - just sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen you get a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Secluded and peaceful, but quick drive to Settlers Green, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and about 20 min from Storyland. Highly recommend

Beautiful lake front rental

Wonderful lake front rental for a family, kayaks and canoe on site, beautiful views, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the serenity. So much to do in the White Mountains, perfect location with access to it all! Would love to stay again!!

A beautiful special place

The property is very beautiful and very special the house inside the colors the furnitures the kitchen living room the fireplace and out the decks all around the colors the chalet style . The view of the lake is stunning with mountains in back ground. The amenities with canoe and kayaks are perfect to enjoy the water and the beautiful fire pit also and charcoal grill

Fall visit

A great place to stay while exploring fall color in the area. We enjoyed the kankamagus highway, flume gorge, and lots of covered bridges. The Appalachian trail passes not too far away (Pinkham notch) but we didn’t realize it until we were out of time.

Perfect Stay

This is our second time staying at this property. Absolutely love it. The views are gorgeous. The location of the house to the town is great, just far enough to feel away from everything, but everything you could need is about 15 minutes away.

Gorgeous location

This home was everything we expected.... beautiful lakeview and amenities. It was quiet and serene. Kayaks were great for a cruise around the pond. Would be great for couples; families; kids; etc. Appliances are modern and dependable. The home was very clean.... owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

Perfect getaway !

This is the second time we have stayed at this charming lake chalet in Conway with its perfect waterfront location . Beautiful view from the living room slider that opens to a wonderful deck where you can enjoy the water and mountain view. Everything you need is here that you’ll need for your stay; washer dryer, appliances, kitchen utensils etc Clean , charming and comfortable and the owners are friendly & reachable but never bothering you or in your face. Great outdoor seating and fire pit next to the water. Everything you could ask for to make for a perfect vacation & near everything you need in Conway too. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful chalet! We hope to be back again one day.

Enjoyed our stay

There are so many good things about this chalet. For a small foot print it has three decent bedrooms and two full baths. Front to back kitchen, dining and living room that looks out over pond through the big glass doors. Kitchen and baths are nice and beds were comfortable. It has some nice extra's that you don't always find in a rental like central air and a lot kitchen supplies. It has a cute propane stove for heat and my husband said the fishing was great. One the other side of that, there were a few cons. One being the musty smell you get immediately when you walk in. We were lucky and had good weather so we were able to shut down the AC and keep windows and doors open but it is something to consider. A dehumidifier might help. Also their isn't any empty cabinets to put your food into when you arrive. We were only there for four days so we used the basket on the counter but if you coming in with a full house for a week, I don't know where you would put all your stuff.

Spectacular vacation home with breathtaking views

The chalet was immaculate and had everything that you would need to enhance your vacation- well stocked kitchen, towels, bedding, WI-FI, TVs, games and best of all seating on the deck, around a fire pit and down on the lake area to enjoy the spectacular view. We loved everything about this warm inviting home and hope to return in the future to make more treasured memories.

Cleanest place you will ever stay at and well stocked with necessities.

We have been summer renting for over twenty years and this is the best place we have stayed at. It was definitely the cleanest. It had a well stocked kitchen. We had access to kayaks and a canoe, all in good condition. The raft was easily accessible by our swimmers. We had a fire-pit every night (you supply the wood but it doesn't take much). There is a slight wooden wave break. You don't just walk into the water. Once in the water there was a very gradual decline into deeper water. Also, the stairs from the cottage to the lake can be a little much for an older person. Going down is the easy part. It is the going up that can be a bit of a challenge. A nice bar-b-que was provided which we used quite a bit. Note: Go to Veno's , Meats and Specialties, White Mountain Highway, get the tips, teryaki marinade, and have them on the bar-b. You can thank me later! There was one other challenge. Two of the three rooms do not have walls that go to ceiling. Two of us are late sleepers. They got the fully walled room. The front deck was great for cocktails in the afternoon with a loon seranading. In the moring it was great for our first cup of coffee watching the fishermen trolling for their first catch of the day. I don't know if it was my imagination but the coffee maker in the cottage made the best tasting coffee. Overall, we had a great time! It is obvious that the management takes great care of this chalet on a lake.
