As well as the three double bedrooms, there is an upstairs bathroom, and downstairs shower room. The cottage has stunning views from the rear windows of the lounge and the garden across Coniston Water towards Coniston Old Man — a truly special backdrop for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a wonderful, enclosed garden at the rear and a wooded area to the side of the house, making this a lovely setting.

Walking opportunities are abundant — whether you’re tackling the summit of the Old Man of Coniston, exploring the scenic Tarn Hows, or enjoying gentler lakeside strolls along Coniston Water’s western shores.
