Avoid this property at all costs. We booked Liv Apartments specifically because breakfast was included and delivered to the room. On arrival, we were wrongly told we had to pay extra and had to spend hours arguing before they honoured the booking. After one correct breakfast, they ignored our meal choices and repeatedly delivered the same meat breakfasts despite my partner being vegan. They then stopped responding to calls and messages altogether. To make matters worse, the apartment itself was in poor condition: broken windows, a broken hairdryer, a broken shower head, and towels that smelled terrible. Customer service was non-existent, communication was ignored, and the services advertised were simply not provided. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had, and I cannot recommend this property to anyone. Also avoid as there is active tram line outside the property that won't let you sleep.

Anbefales! Generelt sett meget bra. Renhold var ok. Beliggenheten og standard på leilighetene var prima! Veldig bra opplegg med kodelås osv på hoveddør. Kort vei til gamlebyen, og nabolaget rundt var veldig hyggelig med dagligvarebutikker, kafé, apotek, park osv. Vær obs på at kommunikasjon med utleiere kun fungerer over telefon. Fikk ikke svar på henvendelser over epost og chat/innsjekk skjema.

This hotel is in the perfect central location to the main square in the old town. Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was lovely and big with everything you require (and more) and is cleaned daily. There is a complimentary mini bar for the soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and heated toilet. The turndown service left a sweet on your pillow which was a nice touch. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, from the moment you arrive at receiption you are made to feel welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Everytime you passed any member of staff they always said hello. I want to give a special mention to Julia who checked us in and out and give an extra special mention to the concierge (man with the glasses, sorry didn't get your name), who went above and beyond making sure we were settled into our room ok and answered any questions we had. On the day we left he made sure we had a bottle of water for our journey back to the airport. Both of these members of staff are a credit to your team. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Krakow.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Kazimiers! Beautiful and clean. It was really quiet too despite being central and next to bars. Highly recommend. There were a couple of areas where it can be improved; hooks should be provided in bathroom and bedrooms for ease; improve shower to avoid leaks. Staff were very helpful and speedy in responding prior to our stay. However, some details were lost in reality - sofa bed wasn’t prepared as a bed specially after requesting this and being acknowledged. Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.
