"The townhouse was clean and had great parking. It also has a deck and patio which was a nice surprise. We could her the neighbor next door a little bit, but it was not bad. It is a quiet neighborhood, even though the street is a little busy the road noise wasn't bad. The house is fully equipped with all of your needs. We will stay again on our next river adventure."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property was awesome. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and it was in an excellent location for floating the Hiwasssee. We took out 7 minutes from the cabin at Patty’s bridge. I would recommend a mattress pad/topper for the bed. It was the only downside of our stay. Everything else was amazing."
