Panoramic Terrace Overlooking Como (Casa Puppi)

The accommodation features a modern and bright living room, carefully furnished with a dining table, sofa bed (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.), and direct access to a spacious terrace, where you can admire the spectacular panorama of the city and surrounding hills. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals independently.

The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom and a second room with two single beds and a desk, ideal for children or additional guests. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a comfortable shower.

The apartment also includes a private garage.

Important note: To reach the property, you will need to drive up a fairly steep road with some tight bends. But don’t worry – the stunning view at the top will make it all worthwhile!



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

Around CASA PUPPI, you can discover some of the most fascinating attractions in the area. Just 200 meters from the apartment, the walking path to Brunate begins, a charming village famous for its spectacular views of Lake Como and the Alps, easily accessible also by funicular from Viale Geno. The path (The Staircase from Como to Brunate) is part of the Lake Como Poetry Way, a collection of walking routes narrated by great historical figures who have lived in or written about the Como area.

Heading down to the city center, just a 5-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk, you’ll find yourself in the vibrant heart of Como. Explore its characteristic cobblestone streets, the majestic Piazza Duomo, and the lively Piazza Volta. Enjoy shopping in the elegant boutiques of Via Vittorio Emanuele or savor local cuisine in the numerous traditional restaurants. From Piazza Cavour, the main square, you can board a boat operated by the Navigazione Lago di Como to visit the lake’s most famous destinations (such as Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, and Varenna).

On foot or by renting city bikes, you can easily reach the Giardini a Lago, the Tempio Voltiano, and Villa Olmo with its beautiful park. Alternatively, on the opposite shore, you can visit Villa Geno by strolling along the scenic Viale Geno lakeside.

How to Get There:

By car, take the “Como Centro” exit from the A9 motorway and follow your GPS to reach the property in about 15 minutes.

By train, from Como S. Giovanni station, take bus N5 towards “Civiglio” and get off at the Per Brunate 13 stop (15 stops, approximately 13 minutes). From Como Lago station, head to the Autolinee station, take bus C40, and get off at Como - Dottesio stop (2 stops, approximately 3 minutes). A 10-minute walk will take you to the property. Alternatively, walk to the Prudenziana stop, take bus N5, and get off at Per Brunate 13 (4 stops, approximately 4 minutes).
