The living room is furnished with a sofa and a 55" Smart TV. On the lower level, there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, while the mezzanine includes a second double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower without a bidet. Part of the under-stairs area is used as storage with a washer-dryer. The apartment is equipped with a remotely controlled air conditioning system that automatically adjusts the temperature to ensure comfort and energy efficiency. There is also a mechanical ventilation system that maintains optimal indoor air quality by regulating humidity. For proper functioning, it is recommended to keep the windows closed.
