HostnFly offers this charming 18 square meters studio with TERRACE, located on the 4th floor with elevator and situated in a residence in Combloux.
Sleeping 2 people, it's perfect for a couple and ideal for a quiet vacation!
It's just a 5-minute drive from the town center and “Les Portes du Mont-Blanc” ski resort.

## Logement
The accommodation is charming and well equipped. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It can accommodate 2 people and is ideal for a couple. It includes a living area with a sofa bed and a cot (for young children); a fully equipped and functional kitchen; and a bathroom with a bathtub.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Coffee machine, microwave.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also have a pretty terrace which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days; and to perfect your stay.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

You will stay 5 minutes by car from the ski resort "Les Portes du Mont-Blanc" and 14 minutes from the ski lifts of Cordon. The city center is 5 minutes away by car! You will find all the amenities as well as the famous "Plan d'eau Biotope" which is open for swimming, the "Pumptrack Combloux" sports complex for sports lovers and the tourist office for a little more information about the town.

The resort is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!
For your daily shopping, you will find the mini-market "Le Petit Casino" at 5 minutes by car.

## Emplacement
Combloux has all the character of an authentic Haute-Savoie village nestled at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif. In the summer, the beautiful green spaces and water spots such as Lake Passy and the Biotope water plan are the perfect invitation to a good swim before heading to the sunny terraces of the village. And all year round, the Haute-Savoie agenda is punctuated by cultural and sporting events whose richness and diversity attract tourists of all ages from all over Europe and the world.

Logement assez petit, propreté médiocre, ennuyé tout les jours avec un chat qui miauler et voulait rentrer dans le Logement, pas de Wi-Fi, pas de piscine qui était noter dans l annonce et porte de toilette et balcon qui grince
