- a dining area opening onto the balcony,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker, blender, kettle, stovetop, refrigerator),
- a bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed,
- a mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds,
- two bathrooms (equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet),
- a separate toilet,
- a TV with satellite/cable and a DVD player,
- private outdoor parking.

You will enjoy a particularly quiet setting—perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains—while admiring the magnificent panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc massif and the Aravis range.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
