The cozy living room boasts a TV, lounge, and fireplace, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped open kitchen. Three bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, complemented by a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The expansive terrace, enclosing the inviting pool area, provides numerous charming sitting spots that overlook the surrounding mountains and quaint hamlets.

Casa Avila invites you to unwind in a setting of unparalleled natural beauty, with distant views of the iconic white Andalusian hamlets that define this region. The house is thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable holiday experience. We provide bath, bed, and kitchen linen for your convenience. There is air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, while fans cool the other bedrooms. The house is equipped with a washing machine and a small dishwasher. Outdoors, the inviting swimming pool is accompanied by ample space for al fresco dining, complete with outdoor furniture and parasols. The pool area is fenced.

Nestled in privacy, Casa Avila remains discreetly tucked away, yet conveniently only 3 km from the charming hamlet of Los Ventorros, offering two delightful bars and restaurants. Fijn dat we ontvangen werden ivm vindbaarheid van het huis. Fijne plek, mooi uitzicht, veel privacy, zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt.Inrichting van de woonkamer is anders dan op de foto die wij zagen.Let op: de bedden en de uitrusting van het tuinmeubilair zijn volgens Spaanse standaard. Kussens voor ligbedden werden op ons verzoek vervangen.

This is a lovely modern built extremely well equipped property with a traditional Spanish feel . Casa avilla is situated in some of the most beautiful countryside with unmatched views and only a short 3k drive to the most delightful town of cameras , although there are neighbouring properties this casa remains secluded and wonderfully private . There is a marvellous pool which was cleaned several times on our stay by the owner fransisco . Before arrival we had been given brilliant instructions on how to reach our destination to meet an amazing lady called Susana who showed us round and also gave us some great information not only about the villa but the surrounding areas ,restaurants ,supermarkets etc which obviously helped make our stay even more special .please understand this casa is in the beautiful countryside and is not surrounded by bars and nightclubs if that is what you want , this is not the place for you ,but if your looking for fantastic views ,piece and relaxation , lovely we’ll priced food and drink and extremely friendly people , then you won’t be disappointed staying here .all that’s left to say is ,we will return and many many thanks for one of the best holidays we’ve ever had , Stephen and Elizabeth.

Amazing views and tranquility

We recently stayed for a month in Casa Avila and had the most peaceful stay, if you love the mountains and nature then this is perfect for you ..lots of walking and cycling to challange you.The house has everything you need, a good sized fridge and washing machine a big plus ticked on my list ..the outside pool area is lovely to sit out and enjoy the sun .Our hosts Vii, and Susana were welcoming and friendly with lots of great recommendations .Pedro (Francisco) the owner came regularily to clean the pool and when we had a day of no electricity (the big blackout day in Spain & Portugal) he made an extra visit with candles and a torch, so thoughtful ...we would highly recommended Casa Avila and would love to return again
