"This property is run down and on its last legs. Elevators out. Exit doors out of order. Needs cleaning. Needs paint. Needs upkeep. The kitchen is closed so there is no breakfast. The sign says it is being renovated but there is no sign of that. Owners just appear to be saving money. Air conditioning ..."

The Westin Great Southern Columbus
"Traveled 5 hours and thought we would be able to rest once we got there at 4pm check-in time.The front desk person informed us that the rooms were being cleaned even though it was check in time at 4pm! We sat in the lobby with other unfortunate guests and waited 1 hour for our room!!!"

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Columbus Dublin
"The hallways smelled so bad and the elevator took us to the wrong floor everytime. The toilet wasn’t secure to the floor."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. We found out when we checked in that breakfast was included. It was a very good breakfast. The property is beautiful."

"When I arrived to my assigned room the door was cracked open. The room appeared clean but in the bathroom there was a big ball of hair in the toilet."
