Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

Other Things to Note:
✍🏻 A $600 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

Our home is the both side of a Duplex home! You will have access to both side of the Duplex & each home is completely separate & private from one another!
Both Sides of the Duplex home has two floors total:
Right side of the Duplex - first floor contains the living room space & kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom King bed & second bedroom with 2 queen beds & the master bathroom.
Left side of the Duplex - first floor contains the living room space, dining room area, full bathroom & kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom with one King bed & the second bedroom with 1 King bed!
Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!
