Expensive hotel for the quality. Bathroom sink was falling off the wall. And the AC unit, though it was working, was falling apart. Bed not comfortable at all!!!

The pics do not match the rooms. My room had patches in drywall stains on both comforters, hair in shower and bathroom floor, rubber band holding remote together,ants crawling on TV stand. I killed 1 cockroach in front of bed. No breakfast and homeless people all outside wandering the lot

It was filthy. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash on the floor, it was hot and no knobs on the air conditioner, and just plain nasty.

Awful. Do not stay here. It's right by the projects, the room was dirty and we had bugs crawling on us as we were trying to sleep. The room smelled musty, we had 3 guests and they provided 1 single towel, and only 1 of the beds had pillowcases. At checkout, they accused me of stealing towels. Unbelievable, do not stay here.

I saw two rats. Got charged extra money and had to argue to get it taken off. Bath tub was so dirty I wore shoes to shower. DO NOT STAY HERE I DO NOT ONOW HOW THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUISNESS

Staff tried to make me wait for towels after we had asked for towels the first day and never received any. When I demanded towels they finally produced the towels they said they didn’t have. Lot of vagrants hanging around and the room had a bunch of things broken! The entire facility needs a whole new paint job. Would never stay again!

Do not stay here. They falsely charged me for damages because I "messed with the towels and sheets". In other words, I used them and left them otherwise in the same condition I left them.

I guess you get what you pay for. It looks like their trying to remodel but not too sure on that. Security had "vests" on for protection i think. Moldy smell in the room. Saw a couple fire hazards that i had photos of but cannot find them. Shower and bed was actually ok.

When I first checked in the front desk, agent was there on his phone.Didn't even acknowledge me, I had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes and he just reached his hand out for my I.D I checked in and went to inspect the room first thing. I see when I opened the door is a cockroach crawling on the bathroom doorframe.\n I then proceeded into the room to inspect a little further and noticed all types of stains on both bed sets. Turn around and walk out.

There was NOTHING nice bout this property. They didn't have daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels, No in room coffee, clock, phone,tv didn't work most of the time. I had to go down and ask for clean towels, and then the desk clerk said bring the other towels down. I told It was the worst hotel I ever had been and they just said sorry. Made NO ATTEMPT to fix or help with anything.. Also advertised breakfast, but had none, just coffee at counter, and I had to kill a cockroach. I can't say enough horrible things bout this place, and I'm not usually a complainer. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything under remodel had to change rooms 4 times for a 2 night stay one bc AC didn't work other time TV don't work then had water leak other time

Insects buzzing around trash receptacles by elevator on 1st and 2nd floors. 3 out of 4 bulbs missing in floor and bedside lamps...missing remote for TV. Toilet stopped up had to be plunged.
