Located in the historic, up and coming Franklin Park neighborhood. Take a lovely 8-minute stroll to the Franklin Park & Conservatory and the new Trolley District coming this July. Less than 1 mile from the Ohio to Erie walk/bike trail, a 326-mile statewide trail. Only 2.4 miles from Downtown and 5.6 miles to OSU. Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property.

Location is great! Very close to lots of activities and walking distance as well. House is cute.The kitchen had things left over from a prior visit. We addressed one with the owner who was very prompt in responding. But did find other things regarding cleanliness along the way such as empty products for kitchen use. The stove is not aligned and if cooking anything then you will see a shift in that alignment especially if there are any liquids. WiFi is accessible through TP Link mesh. Speeds were great though. We stayed at the lower level and sometimes can hear the upper floor making creeks or even rocking motion. One night they did have some noise but we knocked and they toned it down as they mentioned they were in town for a wedding. Seemed like nice people.Overall great for the location. Easy to get places. However, kitchen needed more attention.

Not as it appears!

The owners were very nice and accommodating. However, the place is not what you see on line. The clothes dryer didn't work, the pots and pans were dented and had gouges in the tefoln surface, the only pan that had a decent cooking surface had a plastic something melted to the back of it. There is no patio that you see online.

Columbus Ohio Stay

We have stayed at many VRBO‘s in the past so have quite a good comparison. The cleanliness of this property was subpar. We found a dirty sock in one of the cabinets, a person’s earring under one of the beds, two large bugs on the walls when we arrived, and clothing tags in one of the drawers. One of the outlets was not functioning in the kitchen so we had to toast our bagel in the bedroom. Also, when we entered, it smelled like old food. The neighborhood was also not the greatest. Many of the buildings had bars on their windows.

OMEA

Me and 3 good friends stayed at this property for the OMEA conference there in Columbus. We were very comfortable and were very impressed with the amenities! Pots, pans, coffee, tea, dishes, etc. It was great!

Overall, the property was clean and in excellent condition. Check in was easy. Owners were responsive and agreeable to our request to invite an additional family member to join us for meals. Neighborhood was fine; close to good restaurants and shopping. No issues with street parking. We enjoyed the big dining table a lot. It turned out to be a bit small for us (2 parents and two adult offspring). The third bed was a small fold-down couch in the front room that was not very comfortable and didn't have adequate linens. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked for typical meals. We brought some of our own things to help with the preparation of Thanksgiving dishes. Overall, a good experience. Thanks!

This charming updated duplex was perfect for a weekend visit to Cbus. Comfortable, clean and affordable- we will look to visit again! Hosts were attentive and kind, highly recommend!!

Perfect for Franklin Conservatory

Rented this with wife, daughter (14 months), and brother in law for a wedding at Franklin Conservatory. Really centrally located place for our needs. Clean place that matches the description and was perfect for us. We paid the additional $30 to move our checkout from 11am to 6pm on the final day, which helped a lot. Communication with hosts and checkin we're easy. I would say the only thing to note is that the house is built as sort of a duplex with an entire second unit above. We heard our neighbors a lot and they had a good amount of people above, but overall it wasn't an issue. There is a full kitchen, but the fridge is completely bare, so any condiments or anything needed, you will need to bring/purchase. Overall, a great experience, and we would stay here again if visiting Columbus.

Comfortable place in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here three nights. Great location on east side near Franklin Park and Bexley in an improving neighborhood. Lots of spaces for on-street parking. Had a small issue getting in, but Ketevan responded right away and fixed it, and was great about checking in with me. The place was very clean, spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Will stay here again if it's available next time I'm in Columbus.

Thoughtful set-up

We were in Columbus visiting family and the property was very convenient in terms of location. The owners also put a lot of thought into what would make the space hospitable for travels - kitchen had everything we needed, including an electric tea pot and spices. There were games and snacks for the kids as well as a charging extension cord. We enjoyed our stay!

Girls get away

We had a fantastic stay! We loved the conservatory just blocks away and also spent a day hiking in hocking hills. The house was very well furnished with comfortable cozy furniture. The front porch was lovely for an evening glass of wine. The host were extremely helpful and great to communicate with. Would for sure stay here again.
