Your opportunity to rent a beautiful house in Columbus awaits. Perfect location on the quiet street. You’re just 15 min away from many attractions. This modern spacious house features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably. We hope to provide great experience for your stay with us. Extra cleaning measures are integrated by our housekeeping team.
The space
The first floor has a large and comfortable living area. Enjoy cooking your favorite meals in a beautiful, contemporary kitchen, which opens to dining and family room. Sit back and relax white enjoying your favorite show or movie on 65” ultra height definition TV. Upstairs offers 4 bedrooms with 5 beds, including a master bedroom with its own private full bath. Fenced backyard has a patio. Enjoy your evenings sitting by the gas fire outside with your company, while you take delight in your favorite drink. We know how important it is to stay healthy during your travels, thats why we utilize extra cleaning procedures to keep our home clean!

Excellent communication with host throughout stay. We wanted a quiet place to retreat to after busy days before and after our son’s wedding, and this was ideally located. We used it primarily for sleeping, but there were many extras. We will keep it in mind for our future trips to Westerville/Columbus. Thank you, Pavel!

The house does have wear and tear on it including some safety issues. Sleep was difficult as neighbors partied until nearly 4am. I had to ask for important information such as key code and WiFi log in that should be supplied without asking.

The refrigerator freezer did not open, nor did the ice and water in the fridge door work. Owner did order small ice maker and then ordered a small mini fridge w/freezer so that we had ice. The mattresses were not great. The screen door on the front porch was broken. House was in ok shape. Would not stay here if we returned to the area.

We did not receive our check in instructions until the last minute. I tried multiple times thru the instructions provided by VRBO but ended up having to call the owner directly and he sent the info. VRBO help desk was useless. I was cut off of the chat service 3-4 times and it was very frustrating. the house was roomy, 2 beds were comfy, 2 were not so much. Needs a little bit of TLC but over all it was suitable for our stay. Ice maker didn't work so we had to go buy ice and water. Only 1 TV in the downstairs main living room. It would be nice to have at least one more for kids or others to watch in a seperate area.

Nicely renovated inside of house

Nice inside. Back and front yard not great. Neighborhood interesting...lot of people dont believe in cutting thier grass. It was fine for us as we were using just to sleep and then traveling. Will say they did a beautiful job on the inside!!!! It was clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions. If we came back to ohio we would rent from them.

I originally booked our stay for the complete wrong dates the host was super understanding and helped accommodate us for the dates we needed anyways ! Definitely recommend staying just for the helpfulness from the host alone!

Not as good as I expected

Not the cleanest (walls were grungy dishes were dirty dried on food- I ended up washing every dish we used before using, had a slight odor to the house, spiders and other bugs. The host didnt communicate very well did get instructions till we actually pulled in the driveway. I thought this place was gonna be a great stay but it just wasn't...

Cedarbush house

We stayed in this house last weekend (my mom and I) while visiting my daughter who goes to school in Columbus. We could tell when we walked in that no one had probably been in the house for awhile. House had a stale odor. We had to buy candles. The one plugin was empty. Everything seemed ok until we went upstairs the 1st night for bed. My mom had the master bedroom and when she pulled down the sheets a huge live bug ran out from under the pillow. She switched to another bedroom and several smaller bugs were on the walls/floor. I killed 2 bugs in the room I was in. They need to get an exterminator out there! The mattress in the master bedroom was disgusting- filthy. Description said bath soap, paper towels, trash bags would be provided but we had to buy all of that.We wouldn’t recommend this house.

Plenty of room, fully stocked

Very clean and tidy. The house needs some renovations, but met our needs perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked. The kitchen aid, slow cooker and waffle iron were added pluses. I didn’t use any of them but impressived that you had them

Family gathering and pool tournament

We really enjoyed this home for our family. Very clean. We had a lil trouble with the lock at check in but Paul fixed it right away. The internet was really slow for the 1 tv and roku provided. Paul fixed that right away as well and when the propane tanks ran out Paul had them replaced/dropped off. Immediately. This had plenty of space for my family and everything was provided for our use for cooking and sleeping. Also very close to our state pool tournament.Awesome stay!

Stay close to hospital

This home was appropriate for our visit. We stayed the 1st night with our elderly mom who was having surgery the next morning & then the 2nd night was to be near the hospital where she was admitted after surgery. It is apprent that the home has had some recent renovations but there were also some factors that did not meet our expectations. All of the bedrooms should state that they are on the second floor (our mom had to sleep on the couch), there is a non working hot tub that is full of nasty water on the back deck that is in need of repairs. The flower pot on the deck was full of weeds of which I cleaned out for something to do. The back yard needs some TLC, and the lighting in the living room did not work so I had to go upstairs to bring a lamp downstairs that worked. Some of the upgrades are very nice but the property still needs some work.

As advertised inside not outside

Clean house inside that matches the pictures. Kind of sketchy neighborhood. Deck is rotting and very soft. No propane for grill. To be fair, we have never been to Columbus to be able to compare things to. If you are just looking to stay in the house and relax, that part was as advertised.
