Property was clean and comfortable.Would have appreciated more details regarding parking and check in procedures. Slightly disappointed regarding kitchen supplies and lack of living room Curtains. Two tvs and internet were unusable. Washer and dryer were nice perks. Luggage cart would have been nice. Closer parking would be appreciated.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! The owner does not respond to any questions/concerns/requests. The owner doesn’t state that there is no parking right by the property and your only option is to pay parking out of pocket. Added over 60 to my stay just for parking. The floors were very dirty, no towels were left out for use, and I was given half a roll of toilet paper for my entire stay. I voiced all of my concerns to the owner and she did not even bother responding to anything. To top my entire stay off, the bed frame was broken before I arrived. Very uncomfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Worst VRBO experience ever. Place is dirty. Dead bugs on floor, sticky counters. Furniture has large stains on it. Dirty mattress standing against the wall right inside the door. One (and only one) single roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Smoke detector broken and pulled off ceiling with loose wires hanging. Thermometer on A/C doesn’t work - temp stayed at 78. Parking was supposed to be included but is almost three blocks away and directions from host did not work to access the garage. Tried to contact host several times. Host NEVER replied. This felt like a flea bag hotel. I would never stay here again. The only good thing I can say is that we were able to get inside the apartment to sleep.

The room we stayed in was not the room in the pictures on the listing. The building has a chemical smell to it and the apartment where we stayed was not clean. The host was not very responsive as I messaged her 3 times, called once and texted once about verifying our reservation and when we checked in, I again messaged her 3 times and texted her about needing shampoo and conditioner and also asked why the room was different then the room in the listing. She said she would have shampoo and conditioner dropped off but that never happened. The carpets in the apartment were stained and dirty and there was a very stale and chemical smell as soon as we walked in. We had to wash the bed sheets before we were able to sleep on them and if this was not a non refundable booking, we would have left as soon as we walked into the room. Not a good experience and the host has good auto responder messages setup but there is very little personal response to guest messages. I would not recommend this apartment or this host. My wife and I were very disappointed with our experience from start to finish. Plenty of good hotels in the area that will deliver a much better customer experience.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Prior to check-in, we received no useful information from the host and had to reach out ourselves. Communication was extremely poor throughout the stay, with most responses being automated and none of our questions being adequately addressed. The phone number provided was unreachable, and the voicemail box was full.The property did not match our expectations based on the listing. Parking was advertised, but we received no information about it and ended up paying out of pocket. The unit was missing basic necessities such as towels, smelled strongly of marijuana, and had significant dust and what appeared to be mold in several areas. We also found the dishes and silverware to be dirty upon arrival.When we questioned the accommodations, we were told we had been “upgraded,” but the condition of the unit did not reflect that. Due to the cleanliness issues and lack of responsiveness from the host, we decided to leave a day early.Even after notifying the host that we had checked out early and secured the property, we received no personal response—only automated checkout instructions and a request for a 5-star review.I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience
