Comfortable Stay Steps Way from High Street

The location itself is great. It's quiet, comfortable, and within walking distance of many major attractions and dining/nightlife. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is perfect for a small group.The primary issue we ran into was a major leak between the kitchen and dining room. A leak itself is not typically an issue, it happens; however, this leak had clearly been ongoing for quite some time given the damage to the wall and mold growth leaving a strong must on the lower level.The owner is fantastic at communicating, and very polite. Still, when being left with no choice but to purchase insurance with the property or pay 3K outright to the owner prior to booking, an issue like this is a bit egregious.
