Summary:
Welcome to our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath family ranch, just 10 minutes from Fort Jackson and 15 minutes from Five Points and USC. This spacious retreat sleeps 16 and is filled with natural light. Enjoy a dine-in kitchen, two living areas, and ample space for family and friends, perfect for military graduations or football games. With a brand new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and a fully equipped open-concept layout, it’s ideal for your stay. Plus, a large fenced backyard is perfect for kids and pets! We've also included professional and real-time cleaning images so you know exactly what to expect.

The Space:
House has a garage and driveway for plenty of parking space. Front porch to relax on if you like. Inside, the living area is open concept between kitchen, dining room, and living room with enough table space for 8 people! 50" TV with Roku mounted over fireplace. High speed wifi throughout the home!

Comfortable beds with memory foam mattresses.

Newly renovated bathrooms with tile showers.

Large backyard for kids, pets...and adults! Grill included! And a swing!

Uber, Lyft, and Taxis available, but driving encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
This is in a quiet residential community. We love hosting families and traveling professionals, but do not permit parties.


We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
I am currently deployed with the Army, but we have plenty of friends and family in the area that can help if you have any issues. Otherwise, the house should be all set up for you!

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will first start off with the check in process. Check in time was 4pm. We never recieved any info so I had to contact them at 415 to get door code. We were coming into town with my parents for my daughters basic graduation. My parents arrived first and contacted me to see if I was exercising my 2nd amendment as they were concerned with the area. I figured this was just a hyperbole but once I pulled into the neighborhood realizing it was not a nice quite neighborhood. There was trash and mattresses out front of houses. This didn't give too much concern but seeing everyone parking their cars directly in front of their front door gave us a reason to research the area more. This is a high crime area and 31 sex offenders within 1 mile. Now on to the property. We chose this house because of the fenced in yard for your pets. The fence starts about 2 feet off of the house and the rest of the fence is dilapidated and or missing pickets. I have a 140 pound dog and if left in backyard would have easily gotten out. The yard itself has not been mowed or maintained. Mainly weeds and some up to my knees. ( I am 6'3) The listing shows this as a military personnel house but with the ripped and tatered American flag hanging outside I would beg to differ. I would say the house was vacuumed and mopped in the main areas but through cleanings are not done. We wouldn't even use one of the walking shower because the entrance, floor, and bottom wall was molded and not cleaned. The useable shower was clean but shower curtain was moldy. Although the furniture in the listing is the furniture in this house, the pictures do not give a clear understanding of the condition the rest of the house is in. Broken cabinets, oil residue on cabinets, gaps in the door and door frame allowing light and bugs in from outside. Broken chain on back door. Had to force metal back door open because it is falling apart. Laundry is in the garage, where no one cleans as it was filled with trash and dead cockroaches all over the ground. We was booked to stay 4 nights. We could only convince my parents to staying for 2 nights and we left a day early as well. We have pictures of everything listed if needed. Highly disappointed in this trip and booking from a veteran would have expected much more.

It is obvious that this home has been loved. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated beautifully and the dining area had a large table to accommodate a group. The bedroom with attached bath had very cute low beds perfect for young kids and the other bedrooms had comfortable beds. If you are travelling with little ones, the TV cables are exposed and the Roku sits on the floor next to where the TV is mounted.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice house but could use lots of repairs & some upgrades. The hallway bathroom door doesnt lock nor close properly. We had to prop something up to the door to keep it closed. The bed in the far back bedroom (on right) is not very sturdy. Very unsteady. Felt like the bed was going to collapse w/ every move. We could not control the AC thermostat & it had the house too cold. Other than minor things like that, we had an awesome stay. The property manager was responsive to any questions. Easy check-in. Definitely recommend this property & would consider again.

The property was perfect for a 5 day stay with extended family. It was close to Fort Jackson and has plenty of amenities near by. Kitchen was stocked with basics, comfortable beds and a large back yard. Management was accessible when needed. No complaints and would stay again.

This house was great for my daughter’s graduation from Fort Jackson. Joe was always ready to answer my questions. The best surprise for my daughter was she was able to hang out with our family and dogs in a relaxed home.

This place was spot on to the description!! It was in a central location 5-10 minutes away from any and everything you wanted to do!!! The space was super clean and plenty of bed space. Was super surprised that the day beds had another bed below it. I kept looking at the pictures like how does the place sleep 12😂😂.. 8 beds in total; the WiFi never lagged (i had teens that was very important) the dining space was gorgeous we actually cooked a big family dinner the night before we left!! Table was great size for family games also!! The owners kept up with me throughout the process even when I thought I needed to switch dates they were eager to assist in anyway!! They checked on me the night before and after check in to ensure everything was to my liking!! The beds were super comfortable!! My daughter graduated from boot camp and sat on the bed and woke up 6hts later; she said she needed that soft bed!!! Plenty of towels throughout the home if needed.. great place to stay for future graduations!!! It takes you through a back gate so we got on base smoothly and quickly for graduation and family day!!
