The location is ideal for walking to many restaurants, shops, Saturday farmer's market and live music. There was easy and free parking on the street. The apartment had easy check in and out. It would be ideal for 2-3 people because the space is small. We had two adults and an 11 and 13 year old. The kids did not have much space to sleep on the sectional couch and there is only a counter with 3 chairs to sit to eat a meal. However, we ate most meals out and were out exploring the area most of the time so it was fine. The amenities are modern and clean and we had everything we needed. We had a great time.

Great rental!

We love this little rental! Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Close to manitou springs, garden of the Gods, and pikes peak! ! We loved waking up to the very large farmers market on Saturday! We walked through, got some amazing coffee and pastries before hiking! The rental was clean, stocked, cozy, and convenient! Even though there was no assigned parking- we never had an issues with parking close!

Great Property

Short stay but right in the middle of Old Colorado City. Shops and food all around. Caitlyn was a great host and answered all of my questions without delay. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
