The Space:
Welcome to your stylish mid-century modern retreat in beautiful Colorado Springs! Our spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom features a cozy queen bed, closet, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan, while the second bedroom offers another plush queen bed and a bedside lamp. The third bedroom is a fitness enthusiast’s dream with a queen bed, closet, bedside lamps, treadmill, and lifting weights.

Need to work? Our dedicated office space, stocked with books and reading materials, provides the perfect setting. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. The spacious living room invites you to unwind on the ample seating while enjoying the Smart TV. For movie or game nights, head to the basement, where you'll find another inviting living space with a game table, a 65-inch HDTV, and a pull-out couch.

Stay connected with high-speed WiFi and comfortable with central AC and heating. We provide all towels and soaps in the full bathrooms, and the in-unit washer, dryer, and ironing station make laundry a breeze.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region.

House Rules Required

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.


Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

The house was very dirty! The floors were filthy. The beds were very uncomfortable and full of hairs. I had to go by cleaning supplies just to take a shower. The counter tops were dirty. The walls have random stuff all down them. There's no lights inside and have the outlet plug in don't work. Pieces of food all over the floor and under furniture. Arms a chairs were sticky in living room. There was no bottom sheet on the bed upstairs! The the pillows we're old and stunk. They had hairs on them, and none of the bed sheets look like they hadn't been washed on any of the beds. I asked the host if we could check out an hour late when I booked it. He replied, message me the day before you leave. Couldn't give me a definite answer. Also, you pay for a full day friday but couldn't check in until four pm. Charge three hundred dollars for cleaning fee.And I'd like to know how they're using that! The backyard was nice.This house needs a massive deep cleaning and repairs.
